Would stay there every time.

Easy walking distance to the shops. Close grocery store. Very quite area and feels secluded even with the cabins packed in. Some tile issues in bathroom but did not feel they were as bad as other comments made them seem. We would stay there everytime without hesitation.

On the River cabin

Overall the stay was very nice and location was great. The view of the river is beautiful. There were some minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed inside and outside.

Cute cabin

Everything was clean. Hot water was not very good especially in the kitchen and large shower head in the bathroom, it barely got warm. Kitchen hot water was a trickle. We enjoyed everything else

Wonder Stay on the River

We loved staying here! It was close enough to walk to town, and the days we were hiking it was a treat to come back to the hot tub. I could have spent our whole trip sitting in the reading nook! The bathroom needs a little refreshing as far as the flooring in the shower; some of the tiles are coming up, but really that was minor. We had an issue with our toilet while were there and the Cabins for You maintenance staff came and repaired the issue in no time while we were mini golfing. We would definitely stay here again!

On the River is awesome!! Entry code didn't work on arrival, called the 800 number and was given an alternate code. Customer service was great. There was only 1/2 roll of TP, but we just bought some 🙂

On the river

The cabin was very cozy. We loved that it was a good distance from town so we couldnt hear the traffic and commotion if the tourism. The shower floor tiles were busted and I had to be really careful where i stepped as not to cut my feet. The cabin was was musty smelling and very very humid (especially in the bedroom due to the hot tub). The bedroom tv kept cutting out- the picture would go away then come back and so would sound not always at the same time. However, overall the experience was wonderful. The cabin was very charming and in a great quiet location close to so many attractions.

Not the clean cute cabin that’s pictured, to start off it’s all grown up and algee covered and not unkept on the outside, when you walk in it’s a strong odor of mildew, dirty couch blankets, cobwebs in the windows, the bathroom floor tile is cracked and broken along with the shower being all busted up too. Called mgmt multiple times and no answer, ended up leaving a getting a hotel for our stay. Got a call the next day and it’s just “normal wear and tear”

Great location!

This cabin is in a super great location. Within walking distance of the main strip in Gatlinburg. Large king size bed and large bathroom. The cabin needs some repairs. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor and the shower floor. It was great to use the gas fireplace but it had no screen on it so we were worried our dogs would get burnt. The hottub is very dated but it worked and still kept a very comfortable temp. We were disappointed that none of the windows open in the cabin so we could not get any fresh air. But these are all miner things. In the overall we really loved this cabin and would absolutely stay here again. I can not praise the location enough. And having the water right outside was super nice.

Fast waters

Great walkable location. Cozy cabin and private. We enjoyed our stay. Bed was confortable. Tiles in shower coming up off the floor. Problem is being ignored by owner. Many complaints from past guests. For the price i think there should be salt and pepper, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion provided. There was no body soap either. Stove top was difficult to operate because one of the pans was not accepting to stove top. No instructions . We had to google instructions.Hot tub porch was full of cobwebs and dust on chairs.

This little cottage was absolutely perfect! Decorated very thoughtfully and updated. We especially loved the reading book, cooper bathtub and hot tub. We saw bears nearly every day. The little river behind was so beautiful and peaceful. We would happily stay again.

Great Cozy Cabin

The property was perfect for my wife and I. I don't believe there would be a lot of room for taking the kids or another couple, but for a weekend getaway for the two of us, it was perfect.

Most relaxing ever. We honeymooned in this same house 30 years ago. My wife and I both had major health issues this year and lost our beloved Jack Russell at 15 years old. This place was medicine to our soul. God bless Cabins for you for the renovation and rental. This fulfilled us.

Great Honeymoon!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! It was less than a 10 minute walk to downtown but felt like we were far away. They had an adorable guestbook where everyone wrote their experience and where they went, it really helped us decide what to do! We will be staying here again we loved it!

This is our 2nd stay at this cabin. Very comfortable and close to Gatlinburg activities. We would rate it 5 stars but was lacking in in the basic amenities. No coffee, salt & pepper, the ice maker wasn't working and no toiletries. The cabin could use some maintenance; tile floor in the bathroom was broken, toilet was loose, the window shade in the utility room was still missing and the trash can lid in the kitchen wasn't working. The outside coukd use some TLC as well.
