The Neighborhood:
This cabin is tucked away in the scenic Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg, just minutes from downtown. You’ll enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the action. The Roaring Fork Stream, which flows directly from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, runs just behind the cabin—and it’s stocked weekly with trout! Don’t forget to grab a local fishing license and enjoy one of the area’s favorite pastimes.

Getting Around:
The roads to the cabin are fully paved and easy to navigate, but as always in the Smokies, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive—especially during colder months or inclement weather. The cabin is only about 1 mile from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg.

Other Things to Note:
• The Roaring Fork Stream is stocked weekly by the City of Gatlinburg. A fishing license can be purchased locally.
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• This cabin sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.
• We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin is easily accessible with paved roads all the way, but 4x4 is helpful in the event of inclement weather.
• The fireplace is wood burning. Firewood is not provided—please bring your own.
• This cabin has very limited parking. Only ONE vehicle can fit in the designated space. A 2015 Ford Explorer (7-passenger SUV) fits in the spot, but anything larger will not. Please review the listing photos for a visual reference and plan accordingly. While the parking may be tight, the cabin is truly exceptional and worth it.
• Cabin features high-speed WiFi and smart TVs (no cable service; bring your smart TV login credentials).
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

We loved the location of this property, super close to downtown Gatlinburg, Food City, and 25 min away from the hike that we wanted to do (Alum Cave trail to Mt. Leconte). We also really enjoyed the peaceful sound of the creek that this property is on. Hot tub was also a huge plus. Would def stay again!

Loved the location and the cabin! It was clean and tidy. The staircase seemed a little sketchy but it wasn’t broken. The manager was great and had great communication. Definitely would stay again and recommend!

This cabin was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and just the right amount outside of Gatlinburg to be quiet, but still close at the same time. We loved the creek and even saw two otters swimming right under the bridge the first day. The second day, we saw a bear walking across the street! Thanks for a great trip to the mountains!

Great location, nice cabin

Accommodations were nice, the highlight is definitely the creek right in front of the cabin, especially if you have kids who love the water. We tried to catch some fish but weren't successful. We did watch others succeed though.

Great location!

I drive a Ford expedition 2022 and I was actually able to fit my truck in the spot that was provided even though they said the Ford Explorer was the only size. Obviously you have to park it just right but my truck was not hanging out in the road at all. I was very pleased to know how close we were to everything and it was very quiet. We did catch some trout in the river that was sitting out front of the house. That was exciting. I definitely recommend staying here. It was very fun very nice and it was pretty clean.

Super cute cabin on the water!

Listing just as advertised. Beautiful cabin with views of the water. This cabin was equipped with everything that we needed for our weekend getaway. Hot tub was amazing during the cold weather. Check-in was super easy. We were there when temps were in the single digits, and the water pipes froze, no fault of the owners. Within MINUTES of messaging the owner, I had a response with their apologies, and a plumber was on their way to fix the issue. I have never had such great communication with any management company. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place.

The property was amazing. The parking space was non existent. That being said we was warned ahead of time about the parking. So i cant fuss about that. We had a visitor as we was in hot tub. So be aware bears do use the walkway to move around. The cabin was fantastic and layed out well. My only grip really is being able to communicate with property owners. I really couldn't call anyone before hand to verify our reservation was still good. This was important because we booked just a few weeks after the floods in north carolina. We did get email correspondence just before arrival and during our stay. So our experience was outstanding Thank you for the great memories. We will be back.

Loved the sound of the stream and the screened front porch. Hot tub nice. BBQ grill was useful. All wood interior very nice. Cabin good for 2 adults with up to 2 kids. No place to put clothes, so live out of suitcases on floor (some room to hang up clothes). Kitchen is lacking in cooking utensils - if you plan to cook much like we did, it was a little challenging. Recliner lever is broken, so a pain to close it. Overall, we liked it and enjoyed our stay. Heed the warning on parking - we had a Jeep Wrangler 4 door, which fit fine once you learn the technique of parking in that spot.
