The cabin was just as pictured and described in the listing. Perfect for our family trip! Very clean and well furnished/stocked. Communication with host was timely and helpful!
Nice setup, which it had a better view. Road was very busy through the night and construction traffic through the day. We had a good time and really liked the cabin.
This was a girls' trip with my mom and aunt. We really enjoyed the chalet. It was very clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable! There was an alexa, so it was nice to be able to listen to music in the mornings. The check-in was easy, and communication was very good! The location was very good between Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge. We would definitely recommend this chalet and would also visit again.
The home was beautiful, very clean & well taken care of. The location was perfect as well. The hot tub and propane grill were nice to have at the house. The upstairs loft & bedroom and large bathroom were very nice for our teenage boys to have their own space.
Our family of four had a great time here - plenty of space to spread out and each do our own thing without being on top of each other - when we weren't hiking or checking out the local museums. Our oldest teen thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and it was great to be able to connect to streaming services on the multiple televisions throughout. We cooked in for some meals, and it was nice to have a grill outside as an option too. Wish there were some grill tools and basic salt/pepper shaker, but that was overall a minor detractor.
We booked this vacation last minute. Wonderful cabin and great amenities. Perfect for our two teenage boys. Lots to do and near both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Cabin had everything we needed, super clean, and well furnished. Will make every effort to book specifically this cabin anytime we return!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Not the place for light sleepers or those that want to enjoy nature. Great for those who want a clean comfortable cabin near everything. The pictures should definitely be updated and a little more detail about the outside of the cabin. The stream that is mentioned is located in front near the road. We tried to sit outside but the traffic was constant and very loud. The only view from the windows were a wall of broken vines and tree limbs or the road and power-lines. It just wasn’t for us. The place itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything felt new. Oh! Bring a hair dryer, otherwise you are covered.
Very nice and well cleaned cabin. Stocked with essentials. Only disappointing part was that the hot tub went into hibernation mode and was 80 degrees when we tried to get in one night. Also a few rugs in and outside the cabin would make it more homey. Exterior photo is slightly deceiving and there is a deep ditch in front of the cabin and no where for children to play outside around the cabin.
We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It was well furnished and beautiful! Beds are comfy and the living/kitchen/bedrooms are large and the cabin was very clean. The only issue we had was the water pressure in the showers. These showerheads needs some attention and possibly changed out for something that produces a little more water flow. Hard to wash long hair with such little pressure. And this didn't really affect us, but the cabin is not very accessible for someone who either has problems with stairs or is in a wheelchair. Lots of stairs to get in the cabin and no lift or ramp. Other than that, we would definitely stay in this location again! We were literally 5 to 7 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and probably 10 to 12 minutes from Pigeon Forge, so a very good in between location.
The cabin was clean, fairly new, in a good location, etc. What's not good is the beds. We stayed 3 nights and tried all 3 beds. The king on the main floor is without any doubt the hardest mattress ever made. It is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. The two smaller beds upstairs are both very firm too and not comfortable whatsoever. I would label them like this: king-super extra max firm, the other two are just very firm. If you like that kind of mattress, this would be a good place for you. Everything else is quite nice except water pressure. It's pretty low but otherwise it's a really nice place. Saw black bears every day around the cabin which was neat.
The cabin was beautiful and a perfect location close enough to the city and a trolley stop right down the street. The owners were very kind, quick to respond and apologetic but unfortunately this property had some issues. Either that or their cleaning people don’t do a thorough job checking the property. The hottub was not working on night one and even after being fixed to heat, the jets didn’t ever fully work. The master shower was not fully cleaned and there was hair left over from the guest before. The upstairs toilet handle was messed up and outlets in the kitchen went out on day 2 with only 1 thing plugged in but they sent a maintenance man right out to fix all of those issues. We also found a broken glass in the cabinet thank goodness we saw it before use and let the property owner know. I’m sure the guests before left it there to not be charged but obviously they weren’t inspected and just accounted for upon cleaning. Could have been bad if a child got a hold of it first. Overall the cabin was beautiful and we had a nice time porch sitting and listening to the fresh water creek below. Beds were clean and comfy and plenty of towels and extra linens. They have all the appliances you need, just bring coffee!
The cabin was great for our family of 4. It was easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We accidentally locked ourselves out one evening, and was able to get help right away! It was a great stay!
Overall, we had a great experience. Check-in was smooth, and the cabin was ready earlier than expected. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for. While the listing advertised three bedrooms and the cabin had only two, it ultimately wasn’t a deal breaker and worked fine for our stay. The only minor issue was that the hot tub never fully reached temperature, but this also didn’t significantly impact our experience. We would recommend this place and would stay again.
