This was a great get away. I honestly enjoyed the quietness and the scenic views. The check in was very simple and the property management was amazing and responsive. One of the better places I have stayed in the area.
The cabin is cute and quaint. The views are amazing. The master bedroom was my favorite part! My husband enjoyed the hot tub and we saw lots of bears! Absolutely would stay here again!
We had a lovely stay! It's not too far from downtown Gatlinburg and other attractions. Solomon was such a great communicator and was very responsive to any messages and was proactive about checking in to make sure everything was good with our stay. We would definitely use this place again!
We enjoyed our time at the cabin! It had a lot of everyday things including a pack n play, pots and pans, games, etc that we didn't have to lug around with us. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Very clean and as described in photos. Solomon was very attentive to our needs. Will definitely recommend this home.
This is a really clean cabin. Its located roughly half-way between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We saw a bear twice about 50 yards from the cabin so keep your trash locked up. Its a really comfortable cabin with lots of space. We would stay there again.
Our family of 4 plus our dog enjoyed a 5 night stay here. The master suite is huge with an amazing jacuzzi tub in the room. The balcony off the master suite was perfect for late quite evenings, you could hear the sound of the creek while relaxing. The pool table was a big hit in the evenings along with the hot tub. Great communication by Solomon and easy check in.
very nice place.. it was kinda hard to find at first. but other then the the owner if very easy to communicate with! and is very cooperative and answers quickly… very clean place, and a very peaceful place
Just as it looks in the photos. Communication with host was great, check in was very simple. Centrally located, easy drive to the National Park, Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Welcome center a parking for the (free) trolley in to Gatlinburg just minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.
We brought my husband’s grandmother to Tennessee for the fall foliage. This cabin was perfect. The check in was seamless, cabin was very clean, and Solomon was very quick with responding. The extra bedroom being on the main floor for her worked out very well. The main suite consisted of the entire second story and had a huge soaker tub. The cabin was secluded, but not far from town which was great! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.
Great visit to Gatlinburg for Mountain Man Memorial March.
Host was an incredible communicator. House matches listing and all was to our satisfaction.
Pool table is not really usable as half the table is blocked due to proximity of walls. Not an issue for us but if you saw the listing and thought, “oh great, there is a pool table”…you’d be disappointed.
Great weekend. Would stay again.
This was a very nice cabin on a dead end road in the lower hollow of a mountain housing community. Check in was easy, it was very clean, and the communication with the host Solomon was excellent. The roads to get to it are quite steep and twisty, but is a worth it to be up out of town. During our 5 days there we saw 8 black bear which was entertaining. Our only criticism would be that the driveway could use some work. It is very steep and narrow and the pavement is starting to crumble which made it challenging getting in and out (especially for us on a motorcycle). A driveway resurface would make it much easier.
This property has just about everything going for it. Privacy, comfort, hot tub, entertainment, much more. My wife and I had a fantastic time staying here and would absolutely do it again. Loved having the pool table and vintage style arcade games, and the upstairs suite was extremely spacious and comfortable. It is not without drawbacks, though they are relatively minor. Wasn’t able to enjoy the hot tub the first night since it hadn’t warmed up yet, the provided household items (paper towels, toilet paper, etc) are the cheapest you’ll find and very poor quality, the upstairs jacuzzi tub doesn’t properly seal, and the driveway is basically a roller coaster that could easily turn into a disaster if not careful. But none of these things impacted my families overall experience or keep it from being a 5 star experience.
The place is nice but in need of some TLC.. toilet paper holder in master bath was missing.
Paint throughout the unit was chipped. Master bath feels like it's not finished after apparent change to tub/shower. Unfinished trim.
The hot tub WAS good... Thanks!
The driveway and overall location is a difficult drive. Many people I know would have been scared - not sure what you can do for that though. Netflix nor any channels worked with your IDs. Deck porch light switch? Those odd extension cords coming thru the deck floor with no explanation for use.
All in all a good rental though
Home is nicely equipped, clean and cozy. Kitchen items are good as well. Be careful on the driveway if there’s snow or ice. One time we had to park at the bottom and walk up. We’d stay again, maybe not in the winter.
The cabin was beautiful and the pictures did not do it justice. The area was peaceful with no distractions or disruptions. We were extremely pleased with our stay.
It was a nice way to experience a weekend in the smoky mountains including a bear visit! The hot tub was great to unwind after a busy day in downtown Gatlinburg!
