Townhome was clean and stocked well. The property amenities like mini-golf and pool are maintained well. Great place to stay for a getaway in Gatlinburg.
What a wonderful week we had in the Smoky Mountains! This resort is amazing! Close to all attractions yet far enough away for some real relaxing in the mountains
We have stayed here a few times. Rooms are clean and spacious, comfortable. Pools and putt putt golf make for a fun relaxing stay. Views are very nice, staff is always friendly and responsive.
We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was very nice and extremely clean. The property management people were very kind and helpful. This property was in a great location to downtown Gatlinburg.
This is a great place for a mountain getaway. The kids had fun at the pools and putt putt course that is included in the stay. Would book this chalet again
We were surprised by the great location, and the room the condo offered for our family. We enjoyed all of the pools, the washer/dryer in the unit, and the fully stocked kitchen.
Great location and perfect for a family of four. It was cleaner than I expected. The resort has three pools which is nice when you want to just hang out and relax after a day of shopping or sight seeing.

Stay great
Our stay was amazing! Listing was Dec 31-3 but listing agent canceled the 31st on us! Not pleased with the listing agent
2nd time staying at The Lofts. Love the location with easy access to all the area has to offer and far enough away from the crowds. Nice new mini golf and outdoor games area. Units could use some updating but very clean. Staff is excellent Definitely recommend
We loved staying here. We had plenty of room for our family of 5, all the amenities and there were fun things to do including Put Put golf and three pools to choose from! The staff were friendly and personal. The townhome was clean and nice. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. The beds were very comfortable. We even bought tickets for attractions at a discounted rate. We will definitely stay here again.
We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabins. They were larger than I anticipated but cozy at the same time. We enjoyed the pool and the putt putt course. The only criticism I would make is that there is NO insulation between the duplexes. You can hear EVERYTHING that happens next door.

Rental not up to expectations
I was not happy staying at the unit we rented. I feel like the money that was charged should have gotten us a unit that was cleaned and pest free. Upon arrival we had to request additional cleaning as surfaces and carpets were gross and clearly not cleaned. Also we found many ants and a few other unknown type bugs that we requested sprayed for two different times. The management was happy to intervene almost immediately which was nice, but again for that kind of money, I'd think a clean and pest free unit is expected up front. Also, the actual unit was dark and outdated. From the pictures supplied it looked like the second bedroom had double beds and this was not the case. I enjoyed the grounds of the resort but due to the condition of the unit, I'd probably not book again.

The property is great but do not book through vrbo or resort rental pro
We booked this room expecting a two bedroom townhome with a king size bed, two twin beds and a pull out couch. 24 hours before leaving, we found out it was not this. It was a one bedroom, one bath townhouse. Then we were assured that we could fit two twin air mattresses in the townhouse but one ended up in the kitchen and the other by the slider door to the balcony. Within 12 hours of arriving, we received a text message saying that we were not allowed to tell the resort that we booked through VRBO or the resort rental pro but was told to say a guys name, and if we didn’t, we would lose our room. The rental company told us they would refund 50% of the booking because of the switch, however we only received about 25%. Neither VRBO or Resort rental pro was willing to help solve these issues. The way they are renting this property is illegal.
The resort was awesome! It had great activities and amenities.
Property itself was great - very clean, well-stocked kitchen, nice beds, etc. Was a great "home base" for the hiking we did in the Smokies. Only negative about the townhome itself is that the walls were pretty thin - we heard both sides of our neighbor's phone conversation that was on speaker. Check-in was weird. Head's up - they want to sell you either a condo or a timeshare - I'm not sure which b/c the conversation thankfully didn't get that far. But when you receive your keys and then go to a different window to "get your parking pass", be ready to first have to be invited to learn all about the property. Hopefully my experience was unique and the first question as you approach the desk is not always, "how old are you?" And hopefully, after you've already indicated that you just want your parking pass, you don't then hear, "Just to make sure - is your annual household income above $50k?" (I responded that I didn't see how that was anyone's business.) Phew...once you get your keys and parking pass, the rest is actually really lovely.
This was a last minute trip for my family. We live in Florida and wanted some cold weather. We decided on Gatlinburg because we needed somewhere to go to keep two 18 year old boys busy and there is so much to do there. As I began my search for accommodations I realized there was not much out there. I quickly realized everyone was traveling this year and most of the cabins I would have chosen were already booked. I came across this booking which showed a townhouse which I was fine with. I usually try to research potential places by checking the reviews. I didn’t look beyond VRBO. VRBO showed an excellent rating so I booked it. The following day I decided to Google the property and I found more reviews for the resort.. One of the sites didn’t show the best reviews so I began to get very nervous that we would show up to a horrible place. One of the complaints was that the front desk employees were not very nice or didn’t care about the person checking in. When we walked into the lobby it was quite busy as there was a long line, however the process went quickly! The employees were extremely polite and extremely helpful. There is another area in the lobby where you can purchase discounted tickets for the local attractions. The concierge person working that desk was very helpful and answered all my questions we had about the local attractions!
When we checked into our room I was pleasantly pleased. The townhouse smelled very clean and was perfect for the four of us. It’s not a huge place but it has a kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and freeZer and most importantly a toaster and a coffee pot. All the dishes, pots and pans were provided along with a starter pack of laundry detergent, garbage bags, dish soap and bathroom toiletries. The only downside was the walls are pretty thin. Neighbors had checked in and they and their very young children were very loud! I didn’t here them after that night.
Another plus is the report is located very close to town and to Gatlinburg. There is a grocery store almost next door! We found the best out of the way restaurant called 3 Jimmy’s! We ate there twice! The food and atmosphere is awesome and the bartenders and waitresses are top notch. I suggest you go! It’s less than five min from the resort and not near the crowds. Overall our stay was amazing and I would recommend!
The resort is clean, relaxing and beautiful. Everywhere you go there is something beautiful to look at. The rental was clean and spacious. There is a new put-put golf, 3 pools, sauna, jacuzzi, and a fire pit at night. Across from us was a gas grill ready to go! If you want a charcoal grill, they have those too. You can walk around the resort, then grab a coffee at the welcome center and sit out on the deck. I am picky about the comfort level on beds, and these were extremely comfortable. We all had a wonderful time!
We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is spacious and meet our needs. We did have wood roaches in the unit. (May they rest in peace).
The resort is located away from the city center, which we preferred. Close to all the attractions.

Great location and grounds
The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable and the ceiling fan was very dirty! The master bedroom is up a very steep stairway! It was very difficult to bring luggage upstairs! The air conditioner can not keep up during the afternoon!
This was my second trip using VRBO it was less money than my first trip and I had larger accommodations. I enjoy VRBO savings, and I would recommend them to everyone.
