Welcome to your modern Smoky Mountain escape — a newly built, custom log cabin perfectly located in the Mountain Shadows Resort, just minutes from the Gatlinburg Strip! Designed for families and groups, this 4-bedroom, 4-bath retreat sleeps up to 13 guests and offers the ideal mix of style, comfort, and entertainment.
Mountain setting can give with it’s stunning foliage, perfect autumn weather, black bear sightings, and cozy atmosphere.
For our summer guests, also enjoy the resort pool open during summer season, Splash Country, and White Water Rafting – both upper and lower rivers.. (End of May to End of September).
The cabin is easily accessible year-round; however, we recommend a four-wheel drive during winter months due to occasional steep or icy conditions.

Very clean, easy to get around and very accessible to downtown Gatlinburg. It could’ve used a little more starter cleaning kits, but our overall experience was great.

Misty Mountain was definitely a treat. It was everything we wanted and more. Super clean and super spacious. Its location was very convenient not only main strip in Gatlinburg, but also the sports venue at Gatlinburg-Pittman gym. The owners were super easy to contact and work with. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and convenient cabin close to downtown Gatlinburg. This modern looking cabin is a definite must.
