Additionally, there are three full sized bathrooms, two with showers and one with a shower/bathtub combination

Fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! There is a huge wooden dining room table right off the kitchen with plenty of seating for your entire crew, again surrounded with windows to take in the scenic views. Theres additional seating at the breakfast bar as well!

The covered porches offer wooden rocking chairs, multiple tables, and seating areas, which are perfect for taking in the mountain views while enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine (or even Tennessee moonshine)! Day or night, enjoy the covered hot tub that overlooks the Smokies while kicking back and relaxing. Or, grill up some dinner on one of the two BBQ grills and enjoy dining outside!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
