The lodge was perfect! Everything was great, the amenities of the home, closeness of proximity to activities. Our large family had an excellent time. We even experienced a few Bear sittings on the property (in the backyard of the lodge). Thanks for sending Bear caution information to us prior to arrival. All in all an excellent place to gather for a large family or group.
We really enjoyed the lodge during our family reunion. We had 25 people of all ages and had plenty of room. The kitchen is amazing and great for my husband to cook for all of us. The day we left, I booked it again for our family for next year. Any minor issues we had were dealt with immediately. Highly recommend this property for large groups.
We had a fun filled vacation foe 36 of us in Gatlinburg. We were close enough to town to walk or Trolley and far enough away to relax. The views were awesome and Barry the bear visits were a favorite part of the day. The lodge was amazing and we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The cabin was Perfect for our students! We were attending the Xtreme Winter Conference and it was close to the conference center, the kitchen area was wonderful for serving all of our kids!
This home was absolutely beautiful. Such a large space for big group trips. My family (47 people) stayed for 5 days and did not want to leave. The pictures do no justice. This home was cozy and spacious at the same time. This was a Christmas to Remember.
The house and amenities (movie room, pool table & jacuzzi) were amazing!!! About a 15 minute walk to the main strip. The highlight of our stay were the bears that visited the property. There was one bear that stayed in the tree near the entrance for most of the weekend. There were 2 other
Everything was perfect except none of the ice makers worked. Exactly as described. Would definitely choose this Cabin again. So close and in walking distance of every thing in Gatlinburg.
We’ve used several rentals for our retreats for 30-40 people and this was the smoothest experience yet! Great communication even after we checked in to make sure everything went well. Would definitely recommend for larger groups. Great proximity to the Main Street area where all the fun stuff is.
This was our family of about 38 yearly family outing. The overall look and space of cabin was awesome. For 3 floors in this lodge we thought there was an elevator inside but there wasn't. Not completely "ADA assessable." Any guess having climbing or walking issues would have to reside on main floor. The cabin did acquire all the major appliances and things needed for our stay. However our large family did supply our own games and things need to keep us all entertained when needed.
We did have some issues with the 2 hot tubs and had to call in about those. The maintenance worker stated one would eventually have to be replaced. Which should of been done before we arrived. There was a cockroach in one of the bedrooms bathroom we found and had to kill. We were told by owners/customer service help that the pest control could not come out till the following morning which was the day or our check out. That was a total bummer. The ice maker in main kitchen started to produce ice slowly with 2 days left. We had to call in about that as well. Then when asked well how good is your "customer service or how we could be compensated for this insect issues and other unforeseen issues we have encounter during our stay. (which I believe we should not had to ask...something should of been offered for the amount of money we put into this reservation) We were only offered ( at least 4tickets)some tickets to any area attraction ( nothing in Dollywood) to be compensated for our troubles.
