This unit has its own private balcony with 2 chairs and a table for the early morning coffee and reading or to watch over the large outdoor pool.

The condo will be 100% occupied by you! There is ample parking on the ground level for 2 vehicles. You can walk up 1 flight of stairs or hop on one of 2 elevators to your room on the first floor. Luggage carts are available on the ground floor next to each elevator.

I am available 24/7 during your stay via the Airbnb platform, email and by phone (text or call).

You will have 2 free parking spaces on the premise. You can easily walk anywhere downtown Gatlinburg with our convenient location. Uber & Lift are also available in the area.

There are electric vehicle chargers located just across the street at Bennet`s BBQ.
The unit is located right next door to the Ober Gatlinburg Tram station for quick and easy access to excellent skiing and snowboarding slopes.
Please be respectful of our space. Absolutely NO smoking is permitted in the unit. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the premise. This is not a personal rule, rather a condo/HOA bylaw. If you are seen with your pet, security will notify the HOA and you will be asked to leave.

Nice, clean and comfortable condo stocked well with the basics. Location is great and we were able to walk most of downtown Gatlinburg and quickly drive into the national park. The two pools were very well maintained and kept clean. We even got to see a bear walk right by the fence of the outdoor pool from out balcony! Good communication with the owner, would recommend to others and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very cute and clean! The only thing missing was pillowcases for the pull out sleeper sofa which I am sure the owner would have taken care of immediately as they were so responsive however we arrived later in the evening and made due.

Perfect condo in a great location!

Stayed here for a few days while my daughter went on an REI hike in the Smokies. Perfect location to walk to Gatlinburg downtown as well as the Gatlinburg trail. Perfect space for my needs, well stocked. Nick was quick to respond to any questions I had. Will keep this place in mind for any future trips to the area.
