The property was at great location and all the attractions were at walkable distance. House was clean and with all the basic amenities provided. We had some issue while checking in and Charles was pretty responsive and very helpful. Overall a great experience.

The condo was perfect for our Gatlinburg weekend. Close enough to walk downtown, and big enough for three adults and two teenagers to have their space and not feel cramped. Three separate bathrooms with showers was such a nice treat - especially with four girls getting ready at the same time. We enjoyed the balcony, and watching the local family of bears wander around the property. Highly recommend. Oh, and it has an elevator, so no lugging coolers and suitcases up the stairs!

The host was very welcoming. Without him we would have never found the entrance. However the outside of the Gatlinburg Towers looked really bad. Needs updating badly. The rooms were great. My bathtub looked bad. No curtains on any windows. Hair on the pillow cases. Couldn't walk in bathroom without straddling the toilets.

Very charming and peaceful! All the conveniences of home and only .5 mile walking distance to Ripley's aquarium and down town Gatlinburg. I will definitely stay here again on our next vacation! Comfortable and cozy!!!

Quick weekend getaway with the family. Ages from 11 to 84. Everyone had a great time. Plenty of room. Very clean. Short few minutes walk to everything.

Great location

Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, check in process a breeze. Perfect location. Took less than 10 minutes to walk to restaurants. We were here in off-season but I can imagine the gridlock of downtown traffic and difficulty of finding a parking spot. Would eliminate that hassle by just leaving car at vrbo and walking. We'd stay again.

Great Location

This property exceeded our expectation! The property was so clean and located within walking distance to everything! We literally walked everywhere our first two days, restaurants and activities. We didn’t have any issues so we didn’t have to contact the property manager. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others.

Nice accommodation, reasonable price

The interior of the condo was exactly as shown in the photos and met our expectations. It was very comfortable, clean, and nicely prepared by the owner. The only critique we had was of the common areas. The entrance way by the pool had an awkward manual sliding door and the path in didn’t have great drainage during our very rainy visit. The indoor pool seemed like it could use a bit more care, but it was acceptable. There wasn’t a lot of space for the available luggage carts and people were leaving them outside in the rain. All in all, minor complaints. And depending on your perspective, a plus or minus was the bear that showed up right outside our unit door one day.

It was about a 10 min. walk to the strip, going wasn’t to bad but it is on an incline coming back so a little more difficult, still not bad. We were hoping to see bears and we sure did. When we arrived a bear was walking through the parking lot which was very exciting. Every day bears were seen on the property. We never felt in danger as we were very careful. We were on the lower level so, In the evening they were right outside our door on the other side of the railing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate although the living area was a little small and tight for eight people but we made do, we were gone most of the day anyway They could probably use a paint job and a new area rug, but other than that all the amenities were there that we needed and it was very clean. We would go back

Our TN vacation

I took my son to TN on a vacation. He was born there but didnt remember anything about TN. I saved to take him on a vacation and he chose TN. The condo was just as described. It was nice that it was within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. He took a friend and we all had our own room, which was very nice. I loved this condo! Only complaints: 1- cleaners didnt double check things well. I had to clean pots, pans and dishes before using them. 2- living area tv we couldnt get to work with the roku. We ended up gathering in one bedroom to watch movies together. I tried to call for assistance, but sadly never got anyone to assist. Our stay was wonderful besides those 2 issues. Great condo and great location.

Great place to stay for families! The room was very nice and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool, which was really nice to use between doing other activities in the area. Lots of other families with young kids staying there. This room was just one short set of stairs up from the entrance, or you can take the elevator. Very convenient. There are a couple of luggage carts for your stuff. We saw a family of bears almost every day we were there, right at the far end of the parking lot, which the kids loved. The tower is super close to the National Park entrance and a short walk into town. Also a short drive to Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again. My two recommendations to the owner would be to add a row of hooks to the front hall for coats and bags, and add a couple shelves in the kitchen for storing food. Overall, a great stay!
