We loved the room, the view was beautiful. We got to see a bear in the parking lot the first day, the kids thought that was the coolest thing ever (we kept our distance of course) very nice place
It is an older place but well maintained. Nice and cozy, tucked away in the mountains. We saw bears on the condo property 3 separate days. Management was nice. We would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed the home. Looked like it is getting some construction. Can’t wait to see what it looks like when they are done. The road going to the house is very steep, but the view was excellent. We will definitely want to rent this again. Thank you
The place was great. Even though it was a condo it was still quiet and secluded. My biggest complaint is there were ants. But honestly it's the woods and you have to expect a small problem like that.

Cozy Condo
We decided to book a last minute trip and this was one of the first places that came up. It had great reviews and a great price so we thought it was worth a shot. It had a beautiful view, the rooms were spaced perfectly apart so the baby didn't keep my older kids up all night, the balcony was screened which I was SO thankful for with my wild middle child, a washer and dryer and it was cozy. We'll definitely be back!
We enjoyed the very well-equiped kitchen and quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfy and we had no trouble checking in. The property description does not indicate the exact location and hours of the communal pool-hot tub-sauna and that information was not left inside the condo either. As a consequence, I had to email management a few times but they were responsive and I finally found it. The hot tub-pool-sauna area is very nice! I would highly reccomend accessing the condo via Mountain Road then UPPER Alpine way and not Lower Alpine way!I would overall recommend this property. We enjoyed our stay.

fantastic value, clean and cozy
this was a great value, the condo was immaculately clean, everything well taken care of, plenty of parking space.
we didnt have wi-fi but were warned ahead of time, cell service with verizon and t-mobile is spotty but the place was so beautiful we appreciated disconnection
the pool and hot tub were great, the hot tub jets are set to minimum strength (on purpose)
to be honest the only negative was the roads, make sure to drive there while it is light out. It's a very, very curvy and steep road with a deep ravine on one side and mountain on the other; when it is dark it gets very hard to navigate. This goes on for 2.5 miles.
However I go back to the great price and the quality of the place. I'd give it an 8 out of 10
Made our vacation with a family of 6 much more comfortable than any hotel! We do wish the pool hours would have been longer than 10-8. We left early every day to sight see and were rarely back in time to use the pool. It was amazing to be able to cook and do laundry. My daughter was on the balcony every chance she could get, listening to music and enjoying the view. Her only complaint was the pull out bed hurt too bad to sleep on. We remedied this by placing the 10 year old in the arm chair to sleep, and my daughter just slept on the couch without pulling out the bed. The teen boys said their queen bed was comfortable, and my husband and I thought the king bed was comfortable as well. The neighborhood was quiet and the drive to the condo was picturesque. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!
We’re more about being out and about when we travel, so we look for a place to sleep and sometimes have a family dinner. This condo worked well for the 4 of us. We arrived late on our first night, but we were able to access the condo with the code we had been sent. We found the condo clean and ready for us. I was a little worried after reading the check in email. It mentioned no WiFi in the unit, no dish soap or sponges provided in kitchen and we should bring kitchen items that we desire, like a corkscrew, as well as extra toilet paper and paper towel. That made me think the amenities were going to be rather sparse. No need to worry there; we found everything we needed for our stay and felt like paper products were enough for us. There was WiFi, but it was common to the complex, so no password. I suppose if you’re trying to work remotely then you need a hotspot, but we found the WiFi to be readily available and fast enough for what we needed. We never did stop in the office, but it was because we didn’t feel like we needed anything. Two miles on a mountain is a bit longer of a drive than 2 miles in the Midwest where we’re from, but it was nice to be away from the lights and busy feel of Gatlinburg.
The stay was beautiful other than I didn’t realize just how curvy the road would be but that is my problem lol. The property was very nice and homey. When we arrived they were getting the ac took care of so we had no problems after he got it took care of. Was bummed there wasn’t any WiFi but we just said God was saying take the break lol. We didn’t use the pull out bed in the couch because there was food crumbs on it and dried gum under the cushions on it. We wished it didn’t have the screened in back porch so we could actually see the view. Maybe some screens you can pull up and down, but it was nice. The sauna was a hit the hot tub was nice but we couldn’t figure out if the hot tub actually had the jets which stunk and the pool said heated but my love used it as an ice bath since it was so cold lol. We made it work for us and we got to see a bear mosey on through the property one morning. It’s not too far from town but far enough to have some peace. We saw 4 bears in total of our 4 day stay and we only saw them while heading to or from town and in the parking lot. The kids loved seeing the bears
Property was very clean. staff were very friendly. It is just a long uphill climb to the property from town. We were very happy with the lodgings, stuffed chair and sofa was very tired and could be replaced
Great stay for our family! This place was perfect for our family, had everything we needed and felt super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice bonus! The only small issue was the inside of the master bedroom window sill had a lot of spider webs, and I'm scared of spiders. Other than that, everything was great and we had an awesome stay. Would definitely come back!
can only say this Verbo was awesome. I highly recommend it.
when we got in, it was after dark, but walking in unlocking, and getting in was so easy, the place was immaculate, and exactly as described. There was no surprises. It was even better than expected.
Nice place, very curvy road, though.
The condo was clean and nice, and the one small issue that came up (microwave not working) was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds, nice screened in balcony.

Views and location were good easily accessible to both Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge, but at the top or near top of the mountain. I was looking forward to accessing the hot tub however, I could not get a reply nor a code until the third day of my five day day. We had a couple of issues with bugs in the unit and attempted to contact the property manager, who said she would send somebody by, but responses were slow and never followed up after asking me to submit photosShe then said, housekeeping, checked and claimed we stated everything was OK, but neither of us saw housekeeping or gave them an OK response. At 200 a night we will choose a hotel next time. I was not impressed with my trip as a property management company

We were hoping to see some bears but did not see any at all. The view from the deck was beautiful looking out, but looking down, we only saw tree tops. The road to the site was "tight". A 3 foot ditch on the up the mountain side, with little to no guard rails on the going down side.We were unable to attend any evening activities in Pigeon Forge. The indoor pool was very cold, the hot tub was hot with no way to adjust the temp, and the sauna was not on. Not much to do, very disappointed in location. Not clear location at booking.
The condo was very nice and you can tell that the owners care about their place. The view from the patio is lovely and private. Master bed is comfortable. There were some things that left room for improvement: the couch and the spare bed is pretty worn in, we couldn’t get the free tickets to work (they kept saying they couldn’t find our reservation), a person tried to enter the condo using the code on the owner behalf ( a heads up would have been nice), the indoor pool was cold (but we did stay in May), lastly we did have mice visitors and droppings (you are in the middle of mountains so furry friends are to be expected from time to time) Overall for the price it’s a nice place to stay and would recommend the place. A great value.
