We enjoyed our stay. The lodging was comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. The only things to note, is the construction is on the property not nearby. The work being done did not negatively impact our stay.
Location was fantastic, overall cabin was great! Hot water and great bathtub. The worse mattress we have ever slept on!! Rolled towards the middle and was so uncomfortable!! Would not stay again because of the mattress but loved all other aspects of it
We loved this rental! It was so cozy and cute - fireplace, jacuzzi, and really comfortable bed. We could walk to town, which was so nice. No worrying about parking. We'd love to visit again!
Cuddles is great! Very comfortable king size bed that is in a great location! Had everything we needed for our stay, even enough room for our large dog. It's a short quick walk to Parkway - the main road through town. Highly recommend!

Review of stay
The property was nice and clean, well decorated. Never could find the hot tub advertised. There was construction noise during the day until about 3 p.m. so a little noisy during those hours.
The property was as advertised and the property management company was very communicative before, during and after our stay. I didn't realize the home was so close to downtown Gatlinburg, but it might be good for anyone who wants to avoid parking charges and just walk.. I would guess it's a little over a mile outside downtown.

Hard to believe
Property was advertised as “construction next door “ however the property is surrounded by the construction. Complete with a bulldozer and roller. The bulldozer was driving full speed past our porch and the only entrance. Very disappointed. A vacation is suppose to be a relaxing time

Misleading
We were looking for something small that was within walking distance to the main strip. While it is logistically within walking distance, it's not realistic. Walking from here to the strip is climbing up and down windy back neighborhood roads with zero sidewalks or lights. The agency emailed us to notify us that there is construction going on nextdoor and around the property, but they never mentioned that we would be staying on the actual construction site with every view being the construction materials, a huge construction storage container, and a literal mud pit after it rained. We pulled up to the address and were adamant that it wasn't the right address because it felt like we were pulling in to a new building project.
The interior was just as misleading as the exterior. The entry door has a big gap that cold air comes through and no deadlock. It didn't feel very secure at all. Inside was uncomfortable with the seating chairs from a doctor's office, a broken chair back at the kitchen table, sagging mattress that sinks you to the middle. Aesthetically the studio looks like the pictures online, but the refrigerator and freezer were disgusting. There were massive spiders webs in the corners of the windows so you couldn't see out the windows. The main wall is covered in a gross wall to wall curtain that the bed sits against. Then out of all of the windows in the studio, none of them had a blind open/close so it was extremely inconvenient.
I wouldn't suggest staying here
The property was clean and convenient. It was important to me to find a location within walking distance of downtown. Check-in /out was very easy. The property manager communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Great stay!
The manager of this property was in constant communication with us ! We loved to be able to stay in this cabin and be in walking distance to everything we wanted to do ... we definitely want to stay here again
Our stay was great! It’s perfect for 2 people. We had a great time, property was easy to get to and well maintained!
Would recommend!

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
This was the worst customer service I have ever received.
The property was not clean when I arrived from the last tenant. I had to wait outside of the property while it was cleaned 2 hours after my check in time.
The jacuzzi tub did not have enough water pressure to even come close to filling up for the jets to work.
There was no remote to work the television.
None of these issues were resolved during my stay.
The owner/operating manager is not easily accessible and communicates through an automated texting system. Not an easy person to communicate with and made no effort to resolve any of these issues without me first addressing them.
DO NOT STAY HERE OR WITH ANY PROPERTY ASSOCIATED WITH JOSEPH AYERS OR BILL BORING.
I would have been better off just staying at a regular hotel with the lack of accommodations and accessibility this property and management offered. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE THEY ARW CHARGING.
This place was great. Off the beaten path - plenty of privacy, but just a quick walk into town. Plenty of space for us and our dog. We'll definitely be coming back!
