Ridiculous.

We didn't even stay here and we were still charged. It is not our fault if the owners for this place weren't aware that we didn't stay for those days that we weren't actually there. So they took money out for "service fee" and never contacted back. Extremely unprofessional.

Peaceful cabin

Had a very relaxing time. The gas fireplace wasn't working when we arrived, and they were very prompt to get it fixed! The property management company was great. The hot tub was a hit!
