A very relaxing space with new beds, living room and kitchen areas. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo is located 3 miles from the Smoky Mountain National Park entrance and less than 3 miles from the Gatlinburg strip. Our cozy condo sleeps up to 8 guests. We are nestled high in the mountains and surrounded by the mountain forest, you will love the view! Lush green landscaping in the summer, beautiful reds, oranges and brown's in the fall and in the winter you will enjoy the wide open view of the Smoky Mountains with the beautiful blue hues and white "smoke" that settles across the top.

Entrance:
Our condo has a keyless door lock with your own code that works for the duration of your stay. No more worrying about losing keys or coordinating pick-up and drop-off! There is plenty of free parking in front of unit for easy access in the community lot. There are 2 sets of steps (12 steps total) to get to our door.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, full sized stacked Washer and Dryer, Dishes, Utensils, Coffee Pot, Crockpot, Mixer, Blender, and all the Cooking and Baking Dishes available to make whatever you are craving!
We have tried to provide basic necessities for those times when you get in late. There is a K-cup and regular coffee machine with coffee, cream and sugar. We also have paper towels, salt & pepper and sometimes oil. We provide 2 trash bags for your stay and 2 extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also have hair dryer, Q-tips, cotton balls, cotton pads, disposable razors and black make up towels for your convenience.

Dining Room/ Living Room
Our large dining room table is perfect for gathering around and eating a home cooked meal together. Sits up to 6 people. The inviting living room is ready for you to kick back and relax in while watching a good movie or playing a board game with your family and friends. A new sleeper sofa is perfect for overflow when you need it. There is also a beautiful gas fireplace perfect for the winter months. Remote is by the TV Games are located under the T.V.
*Master bedroom Closet holds linens for sleeper sofa, vacuum, broom, ironing board and iron.

Balcony:
A spacious outdoor area furnished with comfortable and stylish seating for everyone. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening beverage while bear watching or enjoying the stunning mountain view. Definitely our favorite area!

Master Bedroom:
Comfortable King sized bed with new mattress, T.V. and en-suit bathroom. This room also has its own door out to the balcony with a beautiful view while relaxing in bed.
*Master Bedroom closet you will find our pack-n-play and sheets.

Second Bedroom:
Welcoming Queen size bed AND a twin over twin bunk bed, with room darkening curtains for those mornings you need some extra sleep. This room also has its own T.V.
* This room shares the hall full bathroom and has a door that closes off the bedroom and bathroom from the main living area for extra privacy.

Other Amenities:
Enjoy access to three Clubhouses. These facilities include pools, indoor recreation, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and gym. The closest is located on property and offers a pool and recreation area. Pools, clubhouses and game rooms are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Tennis courts are open year around. Please see the owners manual in the condo for detailed hours and certain days closed for cleanings.

The space is private and you will have it all to yourselves.

This property is located in a peaceful corner of the Smoky Mountains. The community is in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood called Upper Alpine Condominiums and has access to 3 clubhouses with game rooms, 3 pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and weight room. One pool and clubhouse located on property, the other 2 are very close by. The recreation facilities and pools are only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We are located 2.5 miles from the center of Gatlinburg, up the mountain with gorgeous views of the city below as you make the drive up!
This is perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat to unwind and relax. We are located at the top of the mountain so there will be switch backs and mountain driving which will be normal mountain turns and inclines.
We are not handicap assessable. There are 6 steps to walk down to get to our front door.

A car is needed to get around and into the downtown areas of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The nearest hiking trails start about a mile away and a car is recommended to get to them due to narrow streets and no sidewalks. Please be aware that you will be driving on narrow mountain roads to get here and during your stay, so take your time and be aware of the other drivers. Free parking is available in front of the building

There are bears that love to roam around in the backyard so all guests need to follow posted bear safety rules.

The pools, fitness center, outdoor play structure and game rooms are only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Only the tennis courts are open year round.

Please note: exterior retaining wall repair close to condo will be going on in May and June
