Winter Rates! Amazing Suite w Fireplace & Washer & Dryer! Pets & 420 Friendly

Enjoy the newly renovated, mid level apartment, featuring a queen size bed, fireplace , kitchenette, with a toaster oven, a Ninja air fryer, microwave oven, a keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. There is also parking, thats close to the unit. There are no steps only a cement walkway that leafs to the porch and front door.There is a sitting area on deck and shared courtyard with fire pit. And Gas grill. We are Located in Gatlinburg’s Arts & Crafts Community and only 10 min to downtown Gatlinburg,(3.8 miles )and only 15 min to Pigeon forge,. Dollywood and great shopping ! Things to note, we have 2 rescue dogs on the property. We try and keep them inside or on the porch but they love to greet our guests . We have bears year round, and thankfully the dogs keep them at bay . We have other rentals on the property, all spaced far enough apart for privacy. we just like to let people know in case they want to book more than one for multiple couples' vacation or other events.. And my wife and i will Usually make cookies or some sweet treats for our guests. If it’s privacy you desire that’s fine too. Check in with code and come and go anytime.. Smoking is allowed outside, and we’re 420 and pet friendly .so come up and discover Gatlinburg's Best Kept Secret!!. Youre sure to have a great time. and we will make sure you make wonderful memories to take back home with you. !!!!

Cozy

This place was perfect for us, now this may not be for everyone, but if you want a personal touch, a cozy bed, shower after a long day of hiking this is for you. The owners are amazing, the dogs are friendly and we had a fabulous stay!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a peaceful retreat from everyday life. Great stay for couples

We enjoyed this property. Even though it was in a basement setting, it still felt private and not claustrophobic. It was extremely helpful how they were pet friendly. The hosts are super friendly & resourceful. We would love to stay here again.

Little remote gem

Wonderfully quiet. Perfect. Away from the hustle bustle of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, yet minutes away from everything. Nestled into the Smoky Mountains just minutes from the National Park. The only con was the cooking area outside was shared space and not very accommodating. The parking took up the area. It would have been nice to sit out in the evening with a fire or grill a meal. The hosts are lovely and the inside is clean and welcoming and comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The Con was minor.

Apartment smelled musty, and not clean. Dogs barked all night. When the owners walked upstairs it was above our room and was not private at all. This was not as described on line and we only stayed one night and went and paid to stayed somewhere else on our trip for our second night. Gps would not accurate. Owner said just 3 miles from town was not correct alot further out than that. We were very very upset over this because we were looking forward to staying somewhere private and that was not at all. We will never go back to this place again. They should have took and showed outside of the apartment also on line and it would have give another opinion on the scenery. Very very disappointed in this place . VRBO should check out the listing when someone has something to rent, because this would fall under false advertising. We ended up staying at Laquinta Suites in pigeon forge and it was very very clean and was very quiet. I give this aparment a 1 on a scale of 10. Debbie

A cozy mountain getaway

We definitely only found this unit due to looking for dog-friendly mountain rentals that didn't charge an arm and a leg - Andrea's properties fit the bill, so we scheduled our trip to Gatlinburg to include staying here! That said, we have been NOTHING but impressed from start to finish. Were we shocked to find the property at the back of a private mountain road? Yes. Did we also completely neglect to read the tailored instructions about getting to the property, which mention this very fact? Also yes - hell, just knowing how mountain roads work and looking at the map ahead of time would have given this away. And the road is absolutely beautiful - a stunning autumnal wonderland of changing leaves and gently winding curves. Every ride up to and down from the property was an absolute joy. The property itself is massive - Andrea hosts multiple apartments on her property for tenants to stay in, and you are given the run of the entire family property while staying. This was excellent for our dog's morning walks, as well as for taking in the mountain air on hikes beyond those trails that permit dogs in Gatlinburg proper. And most importantly, Andrea's hospitality. She made sure to be present to help us check-in despite having sent the entry code prior. She took time to get to know us, PERSONALLY, and even celebrated my partner's sobriety milestone with us. And she made every effort to ensure our stay was pleasant, both on and off her property. A++, WILL come back :)
