Beautiful place

We rented this cabin due to its location. We had a volleyball tournament at Rocky Top Sports and this was only 4 mins away! It’s such a nice place. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The property manager was so helpful and did everything needed to make our trip enjoyable. We would def stay again in the future.

Cozy bungalow

The cabin is clean and cozy and offers many amenities to help make your stay comfortable. I liked that things were clearly labeled, and instructions were available for the fireplace and hot tub. My family and I had a wonderful time in Gatlinburg and this cabin helped to make that possible. I can't wait to go back.

Seclusion In The Middle of Everything

Great place! Very clean and spacious! Loved how close we were to everything, but when you go on the deck it feels like you’re near no one. Loved this place and will definitely stay again!

Fun time

Bedroom #2 and bedroom #3 are the same bedroom but there is a Murphy bed in the theatre room. Aside from that it was great!

Gatlinburg getaway

The cabin was clean and the location was perfect for our trip. I’ve never had better communication with an owner, and we travel out of state 8-12 times/year. Check in and out process was easy. We hope to stay here again.

Less than 24 hours before our departure at origin we were required to submit names and ages of all individuals staying on the property and I had to submit an ID all while the reservation was made about 8 weeks in advance. The place was somewhat difficult to find. It could use a much better description to the actual location. When we first entered the unit it was mediocre clean at best and several things were broken. There was a note advising us that it is a violation to feed the bears, but on a different note we were instructed to dump grease and oil "behind the propane tank"......

Great location and great communication

We had a great time and enjoyed the cabin. The hosts were very accommodating and their communication was great! The bed downstairs is best for kids or young adults, not for adults. The movie room area was very nice! Hot tub was very nice and hot. We had a great time!

Great location, cute cabin!

Everything was perfect! Perfect location from downtown Gatlinburg, very clean and communication was great! The only thing we encountered was we thought it had a gas grill not a charcoal grill so we had to run out and get charcoal but not a huge deal! Highly recommend! :)

Top of our list

We visit Gatlinburg once or twice a year. We try to use different cabins just to get different things, locations, views, ect. But after booking this one we might have found one to use all the time. It is large with large rooms. We only had 4 but could easily handle 6 adults. Taking the back roads to Pigeon Ford was about 20 minutes and only took 8 minutes to get to the strip in Gatlinburg.

Wonderful service and stay!

We had the most fun. We usually stay in Tennessee in a condo but this year we decided why not give a cabin a shot? And boy did we pick a great one to be our first! Being in our own area was really comforting. It was really a home away from home. 10/10! When it came to our questions, Justin was quick and informative. And all around nice! Definitely recommend!!

Everything you need and then some

From the moment we walked in the door, we were excited and happy to be there. We traveled from Michigan with my 3 month old granddaughter, and the amenities provided were adequate for our stay. There was plenty to do to keep us busy if we weren’t out enjoying Gatlinburg or pigeon Forge. The only thing I was sorry about was not including a full day to just enjoy the cabin itself. We were able to cook our meals, enjoy the hot tub, do our laundry and adequately take care of the baby while doing all our activities. Justin was very quick to reply to all messages and I will go thru him for any future trips. Thanks to Tennessee for the wonderful hospitality from us Michiganders!!

Poor response when major plumbing issue occurred

Signage is posted in cabin that infers plumbing issues so we followed all rules given. While washing clothes on our last day the downstairs toilet leaked from the bottom and raw sewage overflowed from the floor drain in the laundry room. Notified the emergency contact and requested a phone call After 1.5 hours of repeatedly requesting a phone call, emailed that we were packing to leave and expected a refund. Only then did I receive a phone call and was informed that they could not estimate when someone could come or it the repairs could be made that day but wanted permission to enter if we weren't there. I explained that this was not workable and since the cabin was uninhabitable, we were leaving. Afterwards, I received an email stating they would not refund for the unspent evening since they were not given the chance to fix the issue. I believe it is unreasonable for the management company to expect me to use the last day of our vacation waiting on their maintenance personnel without providing any time frame or back up plan should the issue not be resolvable that day.

Beautiful Cabin, Beautiful Memories

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4! We have a 20 year old and a 15 year old so for them to have their own room was amazing! We spent most nights in the movie room watching shows or playing video games and also enjoyed the hot tub! Super comfy beds and furniture, which is a bonus! We not only saw a bear in the neighborhood but one outside of our cabin the last night, which was super cool! The proximity of this cabin to downtown Gatlinburg was perfect! We could not have asked for a better location! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Cabin itself was in a great location. Just outside of downtown Gatlinburg, but still close enough to drive or catch the trolley into town. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this cabin. On arrival in the one upstairs bathroom there were mouse traps located near the air vent. We noticed animal poop around the floor and could smell urea as well. This was NOT disclosed to us prior to our stay. Clearly there was an animal problem before we got there. One night while sitting by the fire we saw between 15-20 bats fly out from the roofline of the cabin. It appeared bats are living in the space between the roof and ceiling of the cabin and their poop is falling through the cracks of the ceiling and into the bathroom. We could hear them throughout the day when we were in the cabin as well. Additionally, we noticed bugs in the same bathroom too and upon our investigation they were bat bugs which were also falling through the cracks of the ceiling and onto the floor and bathroom counter below it. We live in a rural community and we understand nature can be unforgiving at times but renting a place that has bat poop and bat bugs falling through the ceiling is unacceptable. We reached out to the owners and gave them permission to check out the issue while we were here, knowing it may be easier to fix once we had left, but they chose to wait until we left. Overall, we are very disappointed with our stay.
