Escape to our 2BR Gatlinburg condo with stunning mountain views! Perfect for up to 6 guests, this peaceful retreat features a king bed, two twins, and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a private balcony. You'll have full access to resort amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools and a hot tub. Located just a stone's throw from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, it's the ideal base for your mountain adventure.

This second-floor condo is comfortably furnished to be your peaceful retreat after a day of exploration.

• Living Area: Filled with abundant natural light, the living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings, and large glass doors that open onto your private balcony.
• Private Balcony: The perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the stunning, scenic mountain views.
• Bedrooms: The condo features two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed for ultimate comfort, while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.
• Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for your stay, including a coffee maker, toaster, plates, glasses, and basic pots and pans.
• For Families: For those traveling with little ones, a Pack 'n' Play and a high chair are also provided for your convenience.

As our guest, you also have full access to the wonderful shared resort amenities, which include:

Please be aware that our condo is located on the second floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator available.

Also please keep in mind that our condo is on the top of a mountain! The roads can be winding and steep in places so take your time and be safe! Most mountain roads in the area do not have guardrails. Four-wheel drive may be required in the winter months.

Because we are so close to Smoky Mountain National Park bear sightings are a common occurrence in our area.

We had excellent stay at this property. Family of four adults with two kids we visited Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge. Property is located at top of mountain, it gives us fantastic view of Great Smoky Mountain from balcony. They prepared the condo very nicely and host was quick enough to address our needs when asked. Would highly recommend this property when visiting with family and kids.

The condo is clean and cozy. We all like it and enjoyed the stay. Stefanie always responded promptly. The location is great, 10 minutes drive to the downtown, if you are not afraid of driving on steep hills with sharp turn.

It’s a wonderful place to stay for families! The balcony and master has a beautiful view of the mountains. It is a middle floor so there’s some noise from the unit above, but I can’t guarantee we were silent. The pool house is well maintained and clean. The drive is steep, but well worth it. The travel guide they sent was extremely helpful and we loved having all the details for the rental and the surrounding areas in one place. The kids loved the bears in the area as well!

Wonderful Stay!

The location was perfect, close to both Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The condo was clean, had comfy beds, great view and great water pressure in the shower. Couldn’t recommend more!

Property was clean and perfect for our needs. I loved staying at the top of the mountain where it was quiet and the views were great. We even saw a bear nearby which was cool. Birthday celebration trip

This property was the ideal spot for anyone who prefers to be up and away from the hustle of the town. It was pretty cool watching the bears too. Our condo had everything we needed, and the heated pool was an added bonus. A home away from home atmosphere.

Amazing View

Our family of 4 had an awesome stay! We were in town for zip lining, Dollywood, and whitewater rafting. This cute condo made for the perfect landing pad during our two night stay. The view from the balcony was amazing and lent us the opportunity to safely observe not one but two black bears. We loved it!

It was a great experience, the condo was clean & well furnished. The host communicated well with all the details! The only issue we had was an outlet not working in the master, & we couldn’t get the lights to work in the second bedroom, but we managed. All the Bears!

Property location is AMAZING! The winding road that leads to the top of the mountain is one of the coolest things! Very narrow for a Tahoe, but such a cool drive! Cute little condo. Older but very clean. It worked great for us and our 3 kids. One of our favorite parts is that we saw bears on the property 6 out of the 7 days we were there. I would definitely go back and recommend this VRBO! Thanks for a great vacation!

Just What We Needed

My wife and I have been taking a quick trip to Gatlinburg from Louisville, KY for her birthday the past few years. Just a quick weekend getaway for some hiking, food, shopping, etc. We don't need anything fancy, just a place to lay our heads without spending a ton of money. This place provided us with exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The view off the small balcony was gorgeous.
