This condo has some unbeatable mountain views!! This property is 3.5 miles from traffic light #10 in Gatlinburg - the highest complex in the area. For this reason, we highly recommend AWD/4WD during the winter months. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen for all your meal preparation, and seating for 4 around the dining table. Soak in the communal hot tubs after a long day of exploration. Seasonal pool is available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is also a sauna, and a game room featuring a foosball table, shuffleboard, and board games located in the community center. Enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace located in the living room operational from October - March. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. The washer and dryer facility is located on the 2nd floor in each building.
