Awesome layout for a family. Three rooms allow 6 guests and privacy. A TV is located in 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. The upstairs loft is accessible by a magical spiral staircase to make you feel like royalty. A 7th person can sleep on the couch. We provide extra linens and blankets. For seven people, location and the view, this is an amazing deal.

We have completely upgraded this condo to be the ultimate, stress-free "basecamp" for families and hikers alike. After a day of exploring the Appalachian Trail, come back and unwind in the resort pools, or enjoy a drink on the balcony while taking in the view.

Want a basecamp for remote work? Features high speed very reliable internet, TVs that allow you to log into your accounts, plus a ton of free TV channels. The main bedroom has a desk and chair for calls. Plus writing that report on the balcony is much more fun with a great view.

To get these incredible views, you have to go up! Please be aware of the following to ensure this property is the right fit for your group:

The Walk-Up: This condo is located on the third floor and there is no elevator on site. You will need to climb three flights of stairs, which guarantees no upstairs neighbors and the best views in the complex.

No Pets - Pets brought into the unit will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

No Smoking - Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Late check-out - Leaving after the designated checkout time will result an additional 1 night charge.
