Million Dollar View has everything you need for a fun-filled family vacation: a game room packed with options for everyone, spectacular mountain views (with 2 huge decks from which to enjoy them), and a location in a resort that’s only minutes from all the area’s attractions.

Any tour of the log cabin, which sleeps 8, has to begin with its covered decks, which span one side of the home and face the Great Smoky Mountains. As soon as you step onto one, you’ll understand how appropriate Million Dollar View’s name is. On the upper deck, you can gaze out at the breathtaking vistas from rockers or a porch swing. The main deck has rockers, plus a dining table, so you can enjoy an alfresco snack. Best of all, the main deck also features a hot tub; you can relish the singing of warblers during the day and whip-poor-wills at night while luxuriating among steaming bubbles.

Large windows let you admire the mountains from the living area. Furnished with a well-cushioned leather couch and comfortable armchairs, this inviting space features a large flat-screen TV and a stone-surround electric fireplace you’ll love gathering around. The adjacent dining area has a table that easily seats 6. It’s just off the roomy galley kitchen, which is outfitted with all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you could possibly need, whether you’re hosting a Thanksgiving feast or whipping up breakfast smoothies. If you have a hankering for barbecue, you can cook on the outdoor charcoal grill.

Upstairs is where everyone will spend the most time hanging out: in the huge game room. You could easily (and happily) spend your stay up here. There’s a pool table, a multi-game arcade, and a flat-screen TV. The room opens onto the upper deck, and multiple picture windows look out onto the Smokies—don’t let the stunning scenery put you off your game!

The game room can also accommodate 4 people: 2 in twin-size bunk beds and 2 on the sofa that converts to a queen-size bed. For the kids, sleeping up here will be a dream come true: Who wouldn’t want to have arcades in their bedroom?

The main floor can sleep another 4 people. The en-suite master bedroom features a log-frame king-size bed and a TV; the living area’s sofa opens into a queen-size bed. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom, but you might find yourself heading upstairs to use the 2nd bathroom, which, in addition to a shower, has a soaking tub. While the others are playing billiards and arcade games, you can slip in here for a soothing, rejuvenating soak—we won’t tell!

Million Dollar View’s other amenities include free Wi-Fi and a stackable washer and dryer (available for free use). Because the cabin is located in the Gatlinburg Falls Resort, you’ll have free access to the outdoor pool in the summer and the playground year-round.

The cabin was very nice! It was clean and well-maintained. The bed was noisy and sloped down a bit but otherwise was comfortable. Our hot tub stopped working & they sent maintenance right away. It took a day and a half to fix (wiring and breaker box issue) so they gave our whole group tickets to the splash park! It really was a million dollar view! We had a great time!!

Beautiful

The cabin was very nice, close to town and the views were amazing. The hot tub was glorious. Everything as pictured except there is no jetted tub in the bathroom but the hot tub more than made up for that.

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view and nice property. Only complaint is the house keeping could have done a better job there were cheerios on the chairs and floor left by previous guest among a couple other very small things. But overall it was beautiful and I'd stay again!

It really is a Million $ View!

Absolutely loved our stay. It truly is a million $ view. Breathtaking! We have stayed at TONS of cabins throughout the years as frequent Gatlinburg visitors & this cabins view is at the top if our list! The view is the #1 on our priority list when picking out cabins. We will for sure stay here again! We had small troubles with the keypad to get into cabin but we called and it was taken care of immediately! Great communication & assistance!!! 10/10!!

Awesome view, exquisite, cozy cabin

Highly highly recommend. We will definitely be back. Great location, the view is absolutely breathtaking. The two-story cabin has everything that you would need and is beautiful on the inside. The two decks were very comfortable for two family’s and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Matt, the host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Thank you Matt & April, we will be back.

Family vacation

We stayed at the cabin for 5 nights. It was my husband, me, son (15), and daughter (7). The location of the cabin to all activities could not have been better! I was looking for the perfect mix of amazing views and not having to drive far to do things and this was it! The upstairs game room was where the kids lived. The only two complaints we have are#1: that we could not figure out how to access the games on the pandora box system and #2: the mater bedroom mattress was probably the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Other reviews mentioned both of these things. However, everything else was so outstanding, it got the five star rating across the board.

Wonderful Cabin with Fantastic Views

My wife and I brought our 3 boys (8, 6, 3) here for Fall Break. The cabin was very clean upon arrival, and our boys absolutely loved the upstairs room with the bunk beds, pool table, air hockey table, and the old-school arcade console. The hot tub was also enjoyed multiple times by everyone. We had some very minor issues with some outlets not working, and a leaky faucet in the kitchen but there was nothing major. This cabin's location seemed to be a 25-minute drive away from all of our "excursions" that we scheduled, which made getting around a breeze. We really enjoyed how the cabin was in a secluded area, away from both of the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge touristy areas. This was our first time to the area, and we will definitely be back!

November 2019 Stay

Very clean, we stayed in this cabin, years ago when it was Almost Heaven, after searching for days to find Million Dollar View (formally Almost Heaven)we were not disappointed, just as perfect as we remembered it. We were lucky enough to experience snow while there. Matt himself came to put salt on the steps. Matt was very helpful and answered all questions immediately. Very easy code entry.

Breathtaking view and Wonderful Accommodation

Our stay as a family of 6 was amazing. We have 4 kids, ages 14, 13, 11, and 9. The cabin is a perfect size for a family of 6. We all loved the pool table and the arcade games....that was a huge hit! Our kids also loved the hot tub. The cabin was clean, we had plenty of bedding, sheets, and blankets/pillows. Washer and dryer was nice to have and worked great. We really enjoyed the two balconies and the view at this particular cabin, (Million Dollar View), was unobstructed and BREATHTAKING! The cabin was tucked away up in the mountain, yet only about 5 minutes from Gatlinburg, about 10 minutes from the entrance of the National Park, and 10-15 minutes to Pigeon Forge. Bear Tracts Rentals were great to work with and the process was so smooth and easy, with great communication. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again

Great time, just minor things

Overall our stay was great. We had ran into a few issues but they were luckily fixed the next day. The location is awesome! You can park at the welcome center and take a trolley into gatlinburgh for free when you go out on the town for shopping or food. Highly recommend local goat and peddlers for food around this location. Do not, and I repeat DO NOT leave your vehicle unattended even for a minute with food in it and any windows down. We had a male bear and a cub get into our car and pull out a small bag of snacks we had in there. We had left the car unattended for literally 1 minute and they were already chowing down within seconds. They are around and very sneaky and quiet! We saw a bear (s) every day of our stay at the cabin and in downtown Gatlinburg two of the days. View was amazing! Would forsure come back.

Overall stay was comfortable and relaxing. Only issue was the sheets and pillow cases hadn't been changed in two of the beds. I had to wash them myself. As well as the main room bed comforter it was filthy and had a bad smell. Also there was so much hair in the bathrooms and on the bedding. None of the DVD player's worked nor did any of the arcade electronics for the kid's. The hot tub was the best attraction. I loved this better than staying in a hotel. More space and having the amenities of a full kitchen with appliances and a washer and dryer was a plus. Another issue was there were ants in the kitchen very bad. I had to buy raid and spray it nightly. I'm a city girl, so the experience was nice.
