Spring break getaway

The property was great but the pool was cold and the waterfall was not working. Overall we enjoyed the cabin and layout was great. Gorgeous views from all of the decks.

Fun times

Very clean, very nice place but if you have little ones this is not the place for you. The master bedroom has an open concept and my granddaughter could have went over the edge.

Awesome Place!

We had an awesome time staying at rainwater falls. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the video/arcade games. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and very clean.

Valentines trip

We loved the cabin we stayed in! Super clean and spacious enough for our group! Everything was easily accessible. The only thing that didn’t work was the waterfall on the pool, and it wasn’t heating the water. Besides that everything else was perfect for our little getaway! Thank you so much

Perfect location

Clean, beautiful home! Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Kitchen was perfect and beds were COMFY. Owner was easy to reach for questions and so polite! Overall, I believe it had the best location we could’ve asked for proximity to towns, the view and comfort. Bears visited every day!

Great for stay w young kids!

We enjoyed our stay at Bear Tracks - the house was clean, kitchen well equipped. Beds were okay, paper thin sheets and pillows. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our young kids, the pool is smaller in person than how it appears in pictures. The game room was a hit w our kids, too. Perfect stay for a family w young kids.

Beautiful property, great location!

I loved the close proximity to all the main attractions of the area, while being far enough away you got the serenity of the mountains as well. The views from the cabin and on the drive up to it are breathtaking! It's also a great place to spot bears! We saw them around the cabin every day of our stay! There was something for everyone in our group at the cabin (ages 2-63)! The kitchen was well stocked, the cabin was clean throughout, and communication with the host was fast and hassle free. Overall, we had a great experience!

Great Gatlinburg Getaway!

This was a wonderful clean, cabin that had beautiful views of the strip in Gatlinburg which was lit up at night as well as a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. The cabin had a perfect small indoor pool that my young children loved. The game room was a great bonus to keep them occupied as well. There was also a hottub for use right outside as well, but it was so cold we didn't use it. I would recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

Amazing views and the pool and hot tub were great.Comfortable furniture and beds.Loft style top floor was beautiful but you hear EVERYTHING throughout the house as sounds bounce of all the gorgeous woodwork.Management company was great when maintenance issue was reported upon arrival and handled swiftly.

Rainwater Falls Cabin

View of downtown Gatlinburg at night was fantastic. Enjoyed the open floor plan of the cabin. Cabin was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Everything was in good working order. Dishes and cooking utensils all appeared to be in new condition and lots of them. Coffee maker, blender, auto can opener, roasting pans, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Great place! Close to the great smokies, nice deck, little swimming pool and hot tub which is fantastic for kids. Managers super responsive. Just to note if you have young kids – the kitchen table and the beds are high up off the ground which can be a bit challenging for toddlers. For the cost, would be nice if the property supplied trash bags and supplies for the entire day, rather than just starter kits. Mattress in master bed could use replacement. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Best re-charge location ever!

Nothing better than the hardest decision being which of the three decks to unwind and enjoy your coffee. This was one of the best locations we have stayed with very attentive hosts, great communication and beautiful property. So close to everything, year you feel like you are on top of the world and remote while relaxing. Highly recommend this for your family getaway, kids kept themselves entertained with the bonuses the house offered so the husband and I could just be. Will definitely look this property up the next time we head to the mountains.

Beautiful cabin, beautiful views

The cabin was immaculate and had amazing views from every level. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and golf game. The driveway is very steep and narrow and there is only enough parking on the top flat area for one car so be prepared for that. Also, it appears there was no expense spared with the cabin but the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The loft bed required you to lay in the middle or you would roll off. This made it difficult to sleep 2 people comfortably. Also, I saw in other reviews as well, the pool temperature was a little too cool. It was not comfortable most of the time- a degree or 2 warmer would have been much more pleasant. Overall the cabin was great and the couple negatives could easily be fixed.

The views are spectacular with Gatlinburg just below. The indoor pool was great and the theater room was perfect. The upstairs bedroom was spectacular utilizing the whole foor with a huge walk-in shower. Main floor kitchen and great room was beautiful. My wife and I would definitely rent Rainwater Falls on our next trip to Gatlinburg. I highly recommend this house with the short commute to the Gatlinburg strip. 5 stars!

Overall great stay

This cabin was beautiful and had the amenities that we were looking for with the built in pool, hot tub, game room. The views were also spectacular, being able to look down over Gatlinburg was lovely. The only reason why I wouldn't give this 5 stars was that we didn't feel that the finishing touches were consistent with the nightly rate being charged. The provided toiletries were very much lacking in quality, so much so, we avoided using them. I would highly recommend bringing all of your own toiletries, soap, dish soap, and hand towels. We also found that the furniture wasn't very comfortable (beds were great though!) and there were no throw blankets or pillows provided. So, it didn't necessarily have that "cozy" feel. If we stayed again we would bring our own pillows/blanketsAgain, overall we had a great stay! It was just the little things that took away from being able to give a 5-star review.

Nice Vacation

The waterfall for the pool, which we were looking forward to, and the Golden Tee game. We really enjoyed the game the first two days and then that TV went out. Fireplace in living room wasn't working, either. That's the negative. This cabin is nice and in a very good location. We go every year and this is one of the nicer ones we have stayed in and definitely the best location.

Awesome Cabin

We had 6 people in our group, 2 teenagers, and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing if they wanted to. We were told by the next door neighbor and the pool guy that this is a great location if you want to see bears. So we definitely want to return here when the weather is warmer. I have rented several different cabins in the past and this is by far the best cabin we have stayed in. FYI, we went 2 days after Christmas and apparently this is the busiest week of the year for the area. I have been to Gatlinburg/PF several times and had never been when there were so many people. We still had a wonderful time and the cabin was perfect.
