Our spacious cabin is located less than 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The cabin is 2,180 SF spread out over three floors and sleeps 12 (10 in beds, 12 if using the sleeper sofa in the game room). Each floor has a deck where you can take in the private, wooded views and relax. There are no steep roads to access the cabin and plenty of level parking.

MAIN LEVEL
• Fully stocked kitchen with family-friendly amenities (plastic cups/plates, crock pot, dishwasher). There is a mini fridge in the upper level game room for beverages.
• Open-concept dining room/living room/kitchen
• New indoor dining table + new outdoor dining table on adjacent deck
• Two couches, including a sleeper sofa
• 55" Smart TV with cable (BYO passwords for streaming services)
• Electric fireplace
• King bedroom with comfortable memory foam mattress, newly updated private bathroom, and Smart TV.
• Access to private back deck with serene wooded views and outdoor dining table

LOWER LEVEL
• King bedroom with comfortable memory foam mattress, newly updated private bathroom, Smart TV and beautiful views of the woods behind the cabin
• Bunk bedroom with sturdy queen-over-queen Amish-made bunk bed and newly updated private bathroom
• Washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron
• Large deck with modern 4-5 person hot tub, rocking chairs, and ambient string lighting. The hot tub is private and offers beautiful views of the wooded valley.

UPPER LEVEL (Game Room)
• Walls of windows and vaulted ceiling for great natural light and wooded views
• Pool table, air hockey, PacMan/Galaga arcade, Hookey, board games
• Pub table with stools, mini fridge, and two couches (one is a sleeper sofa)
• 55" Smart TV with cable (BYO passwords for streaming)
• Twin-over-twin bunk bed (this level is counted as one of the four bedrooms)
• Full bathroom with new tub/shower combo and other updates
• Deck with swing and rocking chairs

We take pride in our cabin and hope your family loves it too. In the past 2 years we have installed new LVP flooring, upgraded all four bathrooms with new showers/fixtures/mirrors/paint, installed a new hot tub, and purchased the following furnishings: mattresses, dining table and chairs, sleeper sofa, bunk bed, rocking chairs, outdoor dining table, end tables, mini fridge, TVs, pub stools, and a dresser. We continually make improvements to ensure a great experience for all.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
• Access to Gatlinburg Falls Resort community pool. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day (sometimes longer depending on weather). The pool area also has a hot tub, waterfall, and lounge chairs.
• Access to the community gym. This gym is located a short drive away in the Parkview section of the Gatlinburg Falls resort.
• High speed Wi-Fi - strong enough for working from home and accommodating multiple devices.
• Charcoal grill – A park-style grill is located near the front door. You need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Grilling tools and a lighter are provided.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
• We provide a starter set of soaps, shampoo, dish detergents, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. This starter set is designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but may not last your entire trip. You may need to bring or purchase extras. You will also want to be sure to bring your own ground coffee/cream/sugar. A drip coffee pot is provided.
