The property was in a breathtaking location where we could see the weather flow across the mountain tops. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
Our whole family were so excited and enjoyed this beautiful cabin. It had everything we need and the views were amazing. It is so easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely stay here again. A++++++++++++++++!!!!!
We knew going into our stay It was going to be a beautiful home, but when we pulled up and stood on the back deck, we realized we had the best house around. Inside is extremely clean and well kept. The beds are very comfortable and everything we needed was there. You are at a dead end which makes it even better. The neighbor next to you is extremely friendly and quiet. Do not hesitate to book this amazing home in the mountains.
Amazing home with fantastic views!! A lot of time was spent on the decks enjoying the views and watching the bears that decided to visit on several occasions. Would definitely recommend this home to family and friends! Thank you Cindy for letting us spend time in your home.
We had a beautiful stay at Four Bears Hideaway. My immediate and extended family have been traveling to this area of Gatlinburg for 30 years. Each of us said that the views from this cabin were unparalleled and nothing like we’ve ever seen. The cabin is updated beautifully, beds were comfy, the cabin was super clean, the listing is accurate, and the property manager and owner were super responsive with communication during our stay. We had some various hiccups with the air conditioning during our stay (we picked an unseasonably hot week for Gatlinburg!) and the owner went above and beyond to ensure that the AC was immediately fixed, and that our stay was as enjoyable. We cannot wait to come back, hopefully in the fall to view the beautiful fall trees from this vantage point!
Our large group loved this cabin. Plenty of room to spread out, eat meals, play games, etc. The views were unbelievable. Loved how the location was close to everything, yet tucked away. Easy access to everything in Gatlinburg but we could get to the park without having to travel through town, which is great in the middle of the day.
Took all the kids and their plus ones, and my parents and mother in-law, first time doing a group trip like this, and well let’s say, IT WAS THE BEST, trip was the week of thanksgiving and everything was wonderful, we even did our own turkey out on the grille, only disappointment was I never got to see any bears, maybe next time, our 5th time staying in Gatlinburg, all in cabins and this one was the best one yet, thank you for that, hopefully we will be back again
The house is amazing. So much space. There were 10 adults and 4 children. The rooms are large enough for pac-n-play for small children as the loft is perfect for older children or just adults. The owner has safety gates, high chair, and dishes for young children as well as anything needed for the adults. Will stay here again
This property is amazing! It has everything you can think of and more! We had the grandkids upstairs in the loft and the adults took the bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. It was an easy drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Simply an amazing vacation at an amazing property with an absolutely beautiful view. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a group. And yes...we did see bears!!!!!
Beautiful property with awesome views. This was the first time our family has attempted coming together from the north and the south for a vacation and Four Bears Hideaway proved to be an awesome location. Close enough to town, shops and adventure while providing a great escape from the hustle and bustle. With a family of 17 ranging from age 82 to 17 there was plenty of space for gathering and entertainment for all. Would definitely recommend as a great getaway location. Best of all was our bear sighting of mama bear and three cubs. A special thanks to Cindy for answering all my questions and making us feel welcome after a long day of travel.
This home is exceptionally beautiful. Every detail was top notch. The home is fully stocked with plenty of linens and kitchen items, dishes, pans, sharp knives, etc. The teenagers were kept happy with pool, air hockey and other games. The views are unbelievably beautiful! We had 15 people in the home and plenty of room! The property manager/owner was very responsive when we had a small problem and a repairman was there within an hour. We highly recommend this wonderful property.
We absolutely loved this house for a large group (8 kids, 6 adults). Lots of room and sleeping options particularly for the kids, lots of places for groups to gather together, amazing hot tub views of the mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes, and the house was clean and well cared for. The host was very easy to work with. Close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was fun looking UP to see our house from Anakeesta! The gorgeous views do come with a slight cost: bring very confident drivers with you, because the last five minutes of the drive up the mountain is nerve-wracking on a single lane road without barriers.
My brother and I took our families to Gatlinburg along with our parents to help celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. The cabin was spacious and easily kept our six kids, attention with foosball air, hockey, pool table and arcade. There was also a really neat card room in the basement. The views were absolutely amazing. The drive up wasn’t as steep or bad as I’ve had with other cabins and similar views. My Bed slept comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all of our needs. The host was very easy to communicate with. The master bedroom and bathroom was very easy to use for my father who’s had some recent healthcare issues. I would highly recommend for multiple families in the Gatlinburg/smoky national Park area
Fantastic luxury property!!! This place had everything you could ever need - if you never left you would still have the time of your life. But with it's central location to Gatlinburg (and not far from Pigeon Forge), it's an amazing homebase to have. The kids loved all of the games there (pool table, air hockey, arcade machine) and the hot tub. But the biggest draw is the VIEW - it's a majestic way to wake up every day. One thing to note: much like many Smoky Mountain properties, there are some steep hills to climb, so make sure you have a car that you're comfortable doing that with. But that's certainly not a negative - just a watch out! The climb is worth it for this place.
Great house / experience. It’s a very memorable drive up the mountain but once there, the views and location are worth it! Great space for four families. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of everything. Great serving / food storage options too.
Downstairs area is actually quite large. The picture made the area appear smaller but it’s not at all.
Only thing to be aware of when renting is that the loft area is very open to the kitchen / living area. It was a perfect space for the 7 kids we had with us but not private / quiet.
We did not see any bears which was a bummer.
Would recommend this house!!
I cannot overstate how incredible this home is. Starting with the view from the top deck, you get full panoramic views that you have to see to believe - the pictures really don’t do it justice! My friends and I spent every moment we could out there - from sipping our morning coffee, to enjoying an afternoon adult beverage while soaking up the sun and enjoying the fresh mountain air, to winding down with a cigar at sunset while watching the downtown gatlinburg lights come to life. Not to mention the inside was immaculate! Clean, organized, and spacious, we didn’t mind spending the one rainy day inside. The poker, pool, and air hockey tables were a great touch to keep us occupied when we couldn’t go outside. The house is also as close as you can get to downtown Gatlinburg, only about 7-10 minutes depending on traffic. Ubers are tough to come by so the proximity made it alot easier to get around. All around an amazing place and trip, would come back again!
