Relax in our amazing hot tub and take in the endless, amazing mountain views! You will be mesmerized by the view from the balcony of this chalet and keep repeating - Wow, What A View! The open concept of the living room and fully-stocked kitchen take full advantage of the magnificent vista from every window.
Pack light! We provide all of your comfy linens for the bedrooms, PLUS bath towels, hot tub towels, hand towels and wash cloths! We provide starter items: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry soap.
Our cleaning team provides a thorough, comprehensive deep-clean for each and every guest. Our team wants you to feel comfortable, as soon as you walk through the door. Please read what our recent guests have written about our home. :)
From Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend, you have access to three different Chalet Village swimming pools and clubhouses (pool tables, arcade games, air hockey and more). All three clubhouses are within minutes of our chalet.
9 minute drive to skiing and fun at Ober Gatlinburg. 5 minute drive to National Park entrance and downtown Gatlinburg. 20 minute drive to Pigeon Forge.
The main level also offers a King bedroom and a bath, plus a seasonal gas fireplace and foosball table. The open stairway to the second floor ends on an open walkway where there are 2 queen bedrooms, a king bedroom, and a full bath. Enjoy the second-floor balcony, as you read or watch the tram, making its way up and down the mountain, on a lazy afternoon. The main level balcony features a four person hot tub and table for outdoor dining. Hot tub is fully drained and sanitized between guests.
The upstairs bathroom has been fully renovated with a warm, cozy cabin feel.
The gas grill has been removed due to fire code. We have added a charcoal grill, near the driveway. Please bring your own charcoal.
As much as we love pets and large families, we do not allow any furry friends and only allow a maximum of 8 people.
We do have one exterior security camera near the right side of the house, facing the driveway, for safety and security.
Please, no utility/motorcycle trailers in our driveway. Our driveway cannot accommodate trailers.
We know the area well and can help you. Thank you for considering our mountain retreat!

Tara our host is great you txt her and response is almost immediately , the rooms are great, clean, beds are very comfortable, everything in working condition, the view is fantastic, my grandson loved the hot tub , drive up was pretty easy (Native Floridians) to chalet, was pretty cold weather , fireplace works great, Bears were around saw their paw prints and they liked using ground as a bathroom, unfortunately we didn’t get to see them , again I would recommended staying here it’s a rating of 10/10
We live an hour from Myrtle beach, I work on the beach so we were looking for a place private, with beautiful views, & that cozy cabin feeling. This place exceeded our expectations & we had the best time ever. We loved being so far away, yet so close to town. 10/10 recommend!
Property was perfect for 8 adults and 1 infant. Room to park 4 vehicles. Hot Tub and great view. Close to all Gatlinburg and surrounding area. Multiple bear sightings close by.
We had a wonderful time the house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of room for all of us, has everything that you would need to enjoy yourselves, kitchen very well stocked. The drive up and down mountain is not formthe faint of heart so be prepared and be readt for visitors we had a nice big black bear stop by to say hello.
It was nice that we all had our own bedrooms. The one bedroom on the main floor is what we wanted for mom so she won't have to do stairs. The views from the cabin are beautiful. Close to town. The cabin worked out for what we wanted it for. We all had a good time.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the chalet. The chalet is cozy and brings everything you will need for the time of your stay. The day we arrived the weather was a little unsteady but besides that everything was great. The chalet offers one of the best view in the mountain. There are many places to visit and activities to do. The property manager was really attentive from the day we check in until the day we check out. The property manager was always checking if we needed anything, you can reach them at any time. We can not wait to visit again. I do recomend the chalet to anyone that wants to spend a wonderful time.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Beautiful views. Cabin is good. Floor under hot tub may be unsupported. Plenty of kitchen utensils & easy to cook. Needs a gate at the deck entrance to keep out bears. Will make you think twice to use hot tub. Communication was terrible. Impossible to reach the property mgr in advance, and my message sent via VRBO (the only method provided) was never answered, & sat in the owner's inbox for more than a month. At 8:30 a.m. the date of check-in, I received an automated email with the entry code & a long list of instructions, several reminders about a camera pointed at the cabin driveway that would record you and the # of persons, and a substantial amount of info about bear activity around the cabin. There were strict instructions to use the locking garbage containers to keep garbage away from the bears, as it was dangerous for people and the bears. The locking garbage container for this property is broken, and the bears are quite familiar with this property and visited it in plain view during daylight hours to try for a snack. We took the garbage back inside when we saw them coming, and I messaged the property manager/owner re: the broken lock, the bears, & that we left the garbage inside the cabin. No response. The only time I heard from this owner was the day of check in, and then a rather frantic-sounding message asking the # of people staying in the cabin that weekend. I told the owner from the beginning there would be either 4 or 5 adults, and the max allowed was 8.
In two shorts words, BOOK IT. I suffered a terrible injury that left me with a broken neck. Under all of that stress my husband and I decided it was time to finally get married so I spent WEEKS finding the best cabin to stay in. Tara, the owner, delivered!! The location is amazing and only 6minutes from the Gatlinburg strip. We also went down during peak season for the bears 🐻 and I’ve never seen my kids so happy to be able to see some (they actually left us alone and were more scared of us then we were of them)! Now last but definitely not least let’s talk about the view…. It’s breathtaking. I enjoyed my coffee waving to all the people below me while my littlest one enjoyed “swimming” in the hot tub under the stars. Our family has decided that this will be the cabin we book every year for our future anniversaries. Thanks again Tara and her husband, your cabin is the BEST!
There were 8 in our group and everyone had an amazing time in this beautiful home. The view is just spectacular and words cannot describe it, it has to be experienced. The home is decorated beautifully. We even saw some black bears from the deck.
The views are simply amazing and our host was very easy to communicate with. The cabin itself is rustic and could do with a little updating. Unfortunately the cabin wasn’t very clean and the towels provided were shabby and somewhat stained Our host has said she will look into these issues so hopefully further guests should be fine
I stayed here with my daughter and 3 of her friends and it was perfect. Well stocked with spices and everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the girls loved the hot tub with a view of Gatlinburg.
Thanks for a great stay!!!
