Dream Catcher is a Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 4 guests. The condo was completely renovated in 2018. Dream Catcher is located only 1 block from the parkway. You can park and walk to all the downtown attractions, restaurants and the Gatlinburg trail that runs to Sugarland's visitor center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Parking is included in the rental rate so no need to worry about finding or paying for parking in downtown Gatlinburg.

The condo features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Wi fi is included in the rental rate. The living room and Bedroom both have flat screen televisions with cable TV. Linens, towels, wash clothes, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included.

1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash clothes. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, Dish soap for dishes, and kitchen trash bags.
3.What does the Kitchen include? - The Kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances are pets allowed.
5. When will I get the address and condo access info? - Address, door code, and directions are messaged at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date.
6. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in any time after 3 pm and you must check out prior to 11 AM on the day of your departure.
7. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

It was very clean and easy process to check it and out. I wish it had a Keurig instead of a regular coffee pot but that is a slight easy fix. Very cozy and loved the access to the strip

Short but sweet

The room itself was so cute and cozy. The outside could use some work as well as the elevators are very dated and you can hear the cables making noise. Very nice view! Indoor pool was warm.

Wonderful trip

The property was just as described. It was so beautiful and clean. Right in walking distance to everything. You will not be sorry if you rent this condo. I hope to be able to rent it again whenever we go back.

Nice condo, great location

The condo is very small, 4 people would be really hard. It was clean and the location was perfect! Short walking distance to everything. The complex itself is a little run down. The outdoor pool was so frigid in August that no one was swimming in it while we were there. The indoor pool was better but the facility itself looks ragged. If you're going for everything in Gatlinburg and just want a place to sleep it is perfect and affordable! The host answered me immediately-great communication.

Spotless and walking distance to everything.

Spotless room. Well-equipped for our needs. Comfy bed. Great a/c which is not always easy to find. Clean!!! Deeply clean. Someone mentioned a Christmas tree in l room: well it’s a skinny aspen like tree which fits perfectly with the lovely rustic decor. We didn’t even notice it until we left. It’s not like a big decorative tree is imposing.on the space. It’s just a pretty accent.

We enjoyed the condo and the theme. We like a cabin-like feel but the closeness to all the attractions of Gatlinburg. We enjoy being in walking distance of everything. The condo was clean and provided all the basics. The only four stars I gave was due to the lack of kitchen supplies to do more of our own meals but we were out and about alot. No complaints overall.
