The cabin was beautiful and the views were stunning. The host was absolutely wonderful. She responded quickly and was very nice. We would definitely recommend and we will be back.
The owner was a great communicator. It was very easy to get ahold of her and her response time was prompt. The house size was great for my very large family. Everybody seemed more than comfortable with their sleeping arrangements. The view was beautiful from the deck. The only complaint I would have to say I had for our quick stay was that upon leaving, my husband alerted me that there were bed bugs in one of the upstairs bedrooms. We are just praying we don’t take any home with us. I did alert the owner and she assured me that they have the house sprayed regularly since it is in the woods. I did see a few other bugs in the closets and places, but chalked it up to being so deep in the mountains/woods, but the bed bugs were the only thing that got me. I hope the owner gets this taken care of for future renters. Other than that, I’d say the property is just as advertised and the host was wonderful! Thanks for making my family’s quick trip a comfortable one!
Great home very accommodating for our large family. The home was very clean and had great views. We also saw deer, birds, and a few bears every day of our stay. The host was also great and checked in with us in case we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.
Loved the location. In the Smokey Mountains, close to main strip and Pigeon Forge! Property manager was super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be going again.
This cabin was perfect for a long weekend for nine friends and myself! The living room was comfortable to hang out in and the kitchen was well enough stocked with supplies to make multiple meals. Unfortunately, the hot tub never got hot enough for us to use it, so that was the one downside. We would stay here again!
Our stay at Smoky Mountain Vista exceeded all expectations! The cabin provided ample space for everyone, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. The breathtaking views were the highlight of our trip, and we couldn't get enough of them! The added touch of the property owner checking in to ensure our comfort was greatly appreciated and truly showed their commitment to hospitality. We're already planning our return trip because this experience was simply unforgettable!
House plenty of room for our 18 guest family, it was great for everybody kids adult teen the only negative things about the stay. We didn’t see a bear.😁🐻
Great property just far from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg
The property was great and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful area, we were greeted by a mother black bear and her 3 cubs the first morning outside the front door. Only issue is that the property is located 40 min away from anything really. No places close to eat or get groceries .
The house is nice and cozy with plenty of room for the 11 of us. The owners were quick to respond to all our needs. The house does need a few updates, like screens on the windows so they can be opened without fear of bugs flying in, and a new fan in the upstairs bedroom for better circulation. Overall my family enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.
We choose this location because of how close it was to our kids 7v7 football tournament. Glad we did! The views here are amazing which made it hard for me to want to leave. If you love nature this place is for you. Everything one could need is here. Definitely would like to come back. Did I mention this place is also on a golf course! Wish I would have brought my clubs!
We just loved our stay at this property. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils and pans we needed. It was a very clean, well kept property. The setting was very quiet and peaceful. The view was phenomenal. We were about a 20 minute ride from a full service grocery store and 25 minutes from the main drag in Gatlinburg. It is a twisted road up to the rental, so definitely arrive before it gets dark! We can't wait to book our next stay here!
Normally are family vacations have been at the beach So this year we decided on a mountain vacation. It was awesome. There was something for everyone do. The rental was so spacious, well equipped and the view was amazing. We all felt like we were in a tree house when sitting on the back deck. No to mention the bear that visited the property a couple of times while we were there
The mountain house provided plenty of room for the family! The kids enjoyed the games in the game room. The beds were super comfy. We did ask for the gas for the fire pit to be changed out and they never came. They did come the day before to change out light bulbs! Over experience was great! Would stay again.
UTV home in the Smokies!
We brought our 5 UTV's and had an amazing time exploring the mountains and trails in the area. The property manager and their team were so accommodating in helping us park and secure our vehicles and trailers. The cabin was great, the trail riding was spectacular and the property managers went above and beyond. We would definitely stay again.Hint Goto Cosby and take a right at the T intersection and stay straight. 51 miles of secondary mtn roads make sure you have full tanks and a adventurous spirit.

It was a nice place. It seemed like it had not been stayed in for a while. There was dust on most surfaces. I wish for a party of 10 that there were way more towels provided, especially having a hot tub! We ended up having to go buy towels ( there were no dish towels or rags for the kitchen). Also, If your guest books a week, maybe provide more dish soap. We ended up having to stock it like we moved into a new apartment.
The views were lovely. There was adequate parking in the main drive for 3 cars.
There were 10 of us (5 adults, 2 teens and 3 kids) staying in this house, and we found enough room for everyone. The views were absolutely stunning, and the house was clean and comfortable. The owner and the management company were very responsive whenever we had any questions.
The only major drawback was the basement bedroom: it does not have an HVAC return, so if you sleep with the door closed it gets warm in there. Also, the AC had a hard time keeping up with the humidity in the rest of the house, so it did feel kind of clammy at times (to be fair, we were there in August)
Overall it was a lovely place to stay in a quiet neighborhod. We saw bears walking down the street several times, and enjoyed listening to the thunderstorms rolling through from the covered porch.
