Great stay. We all enjoyed the view from the main room and the jacuzzi. The only comment is that it took me a while to figure out how to increase the jacuzzi temperature, which was set a bit low.
Very nice cabin, with nice Remote location. Good experience with the property management company. Seemed to be cleaned well and fully ready for our arrival. No issues checking in. The driveway is not recommended for anything but four-wheel-drive pick up trucks, but as long as you only have one vehicle, you could park up towards the top and not go down it. Facility and management and communication were all good and appreciated. We enjoyed our stay!
The cabin was exactly as the pictures described it. The views were amazing and I love the Christmas tree and other decor in the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook but would have liked a few more kitchen towels. Also would have liked more hand/face towels for the bathrooms. There was not enough hot water for a complete shower. The hot tub was nice and worked great. The drive way is quite steep and narrow but found that backing into the condo was the easiest way to get out.
Great time great place. Just needed more awareness of where things were… pool and how to get the hot tub up n running. Everything was just as it said it would be! Awesome experience! Great place to stay!!
It was a very nice place, GPS definitely didn’t work so the write out ones are helpful just not at night thought id never find it the first night. We came to relax as a mother daughter get away so smart tvs would’ve been a plus but internet was fantastic for the mountains. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!
The parking was not the best but it worked for us just a very steep hill. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper only 2 rolls for our 4 day stay. Also bring extra towels or laundry detergent to wash the towels provided.
Great view in the winter when the leaves have fallen, cabin was clean and nice only downsides were the driveway is narrow and slightly steep slope with a smaller car it wasnt a big problem but a truck could be difficult and the other is that vehicles lights passing the cabin at night shine into the upstairs window since there are no blinds. But there is a great mountain view from the upstairs window, overall it was a great place and worth it.
It was really cozy and away from everything but no far from everything. Hot tub was nice, pool was nice but cold even when it was 90 out. Love the view and spent alot of time in rocking chairs on back side of house. Driveway not my favorite but that's why u have 4x4
My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, overall it was nice. It definitely needs some updating and a deep cleaning. The railing near the hot tub was broken and my husband grabbed onto it and almost fell which could’ve ended up bad. There was quite a bit of dust here and there and the upstairs ventilation was not very good, it was very hot during the day even with the air on. & the parking was a little challenging, but all in all it was nice and we would definitely stay again.
This cabin is definitely cozy with a beautiful view. I love the huge windows in the bedroom. The streetlight shining into the bedroom at night can be a little frustrating, but we adjusted. The hot tub has a beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin has a lot of room and the layout is perfect, especially if you were sharing this with another couple. We also enjoyed having a tv available in the bedrooms as well as the living room, not that we spent much time watching it. We spent time in the rocking chairs with a glass of wine taking in the views. I would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!
This cabin was great!! Waking up to an amazing view was awesome . Loved how easy it was to check in.
The driveway is really really steep. I had to park kinda upwards on the drive way and not go all the way down because the first time it was very hard to get out of it .
The sink and tub of the up stairs bathroom was a little clogged up.
We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub due to the weather. It was raining and thundering outside but overall it was an amazing stay! I loved how cozy the cabin was! Definitely recommend but a 4WD car is best !

Not great.
First things first- there is a pool (a pretty nice one), however, there are no passes so you can’t use it. The cabin is cute; it is in need of a few minor repairs (I.e. toilet paper holder falls off, toilet seat broken…). The hot tub is very small but has a nice view. The washer and dryer are very small but work well. The driveway is short but steep; 4wd is best. A bear did meet us on the porch after we grilled out; he was super cute in a ‘please don’t eat me kinda way’. Bring your own towels (there were 4 crispy ones provided ), dish towels (1 provided but we left ours). toilet paper (had 1 roll per bath for a week and 4 of us) and blankets (there were NONE). Silverware was minimal. Bring your own propane or take a chance someone left theirs.
We stayed four nights and two of them with NO air conditioning. No cell phone service. Give email address to send messages but do not respond to them when really needed. First day there we had a Momma bear and her three cubs wondering around the cabin. Second day we couldn’t get our vehicle out of the driveway due to it being slick, the steep decline driveway and the truck just slid sideways. Had to get a tow truck to pull us up to the road. Last evening there, a Momma and baby bear decided to get on top the bed cover on the truck, broke it and wouldn’t leave. Security was passing by, noticed the bears in the truck and shot rubber bullets to scare them off. This is a trip that we will never forget.
The cabin was the perfect size for just the two of us. Great location. I had trouble getting into the cabin upon arrival. The code did not work. After 20 minutes of trying, it miraculously worked and I was in. It was a little scary because there was not cell service to call for help. Glad I got there well before dark. Would have been helpful to have the WIFI code included on the checkin instructions so try hat I could have called management from the front porch.
The hot tub is very old. I could not read the indicators for the temp because the lights on the control panel are very dim and the buttons are so worn. The first night, we could not use the tub at all because it would not get hot. I called the property manager the 2nd night, however, and they were able to walk me through getting it work again.
But for these couple of snags, it was a great trip. I would stay again
We got in late at night. There wasn't a light on for us and it was creepy dark but when I woke up to the view it was Heaven. I ADORED THE CABIN and host checked in on us before we arrived and after during our stay. They were excellent with wanting us to be happy and taken care of. We had a glitch with getting in with key code not working so a LIGHTED PORCH would have been BETTER. Glitches happen so I was patient with that. Just need lights on. Other thing that confused me was would only give 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a 4 night stay. Women who have had children need more! TMI. SORRY. Was I happy and would I recommend and go back? ABSOLUTELY. They drive up and down from cabin was just as breathtaking as driving in the Smokys to Cades Cove. The hot tub with stars above was the cherry on top as well. EXCELLENT!
Very good stay. Cozy and charming
Only two critiques for you to maybe improve. Information in cabin how to get to pool
Don’t assume we don’t want to use fireplace from April to October. Guests like me specifically look for this accommodation for ambience. Very dissapointed that we couldn’t use fireplace!
The cabin was extremely clean and nicely decorated.
The cabin was extremely clean and nice. Only.uncomfortable thing was the window upstairs did not have any curtains therefore everyone can see you day and night. Very uncomfortable.
It was nice but needs a deep cleaning spider webs everywhere and dusty. The up stairs was hot even with the fan in the ac on . Other then that everything else was great.
The cabin was a great size for my brother and I and a good location for what we were doing. The address should be placed on the street, it would make it easier to locate it. Lastly, they need to let customers know that the driveway is a steep decline.
First arrival was after dark. Not aware of the steep road to cabin and steep driveway gave us some concern however upon sunrise, our visual was much improved and we weren’t as hesitant for driving and parking. Be aware if you arrive at night, prepare for some steep terrain, although well paved, which made the property hard to find and difficult to park. Parking really only available for 2 cars as well. All other was great. Beautiful cabin, utilities as cited and working well. Did not need to contact anyone for assistance. Beautiful views, nice community pool. Master bed room is all window beautiful but without curtains so be aware for sleeping if you need eye cover. Cabin itself was at least a 40 min drive to pigeon forge and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg which entailed additional time planning. Would visit again with the above mentioned in consideration.
