About this property

Convenient Creekside condo with large wrap around balcony, close to everything!

  • GREAT LOCATION! Why spend time driving up and down the winding mountain roads when you can stay here and still enjoy views of the mountains and listen to the stream from your large wrap around porch. You will be less than one mile to the aquarium and downtown, with a convenient trolley stop across the street. There are multiple restaurants within a short drive, including the popular Alamo; you can even walk to some, including the brand new Mountain Breakfast.

    The condo is a fully furnished end unit with a large wrap around semi private balcony located on the fifth floor. The kitchen is nicely equipped and has cherry cabinets with granite countertops. There is a breakfast nook with seating for four and views of the city to enjoy with your morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, there is a coffee bar with two types of coffee makers: a drip coffeemaker to make a pot for everyone and a Keurig for individual cups. There is a supply of K-cups, creamers and sweeteners to get you started.

    The living room has a sleeper sofa and two recliners for relaxing. There is a flat screen TV with an Amazon fire stick to let you stream your favorite shows with the available WiFi. Both bedrooms have king beds and flat screen TVs. The master has an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
    There is a reserved parking space in the covered parking under the condo with an elevator and luggage carriers. The outdoor pool is open every May-September. We supply starter toliet paper and paper towels. No check in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Eve or Day (message for possible exceptions)

Great stay and easy communication!

This was a great place to stay. This property was easy to get to, clean, and close to so many fun places and good restaurants in Gatlinburg. Much larger than it looked in pictures which was great for our group of four. Kim was easy to communicate with and provided many recommendations and helpful tips prior to our arrival. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family!

We loved the spaciousness of this condo. The furniture was great and the view was terrific. We had a beautiful yellow tree right next to the balcony. It was close to activities without being in the crowds. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo out of traffic!

This condo is the perfect distance to everything you need to get to in Gatlinburg. The best part of the location is that you can get out and avoid the traffic. The condo was very clean and roomy with a great balcony over the creek. We had a nice weekend here!

We were there for a baseball tournament in Pigeon Forge nice ride to Pigeon Forge, very close to downtown Gaitlinburg, you can walk if you want or take the trolly. Condo was very clean, we enjoyed the back deck!

Great location lovely stay

Nice two bedroom two bathroom condo is located in a lovely place next to the sweet sounds of roaring Fork river. We loved our stay. This is a great location for accessing the park the nature, Drive waterfalls and a Plethora of other activities. There were a few maintenance items that needed to be done but other than that, it was a very lovely stay And it was a great place to sleep. The beds were comfortable, nice size kitchen, wonderful deck, and wonderful weather.

Great Place

We love this condo complex. Every one we have ever stayed in was excellent. We stayed in 507 this year and Kim, the co-host, was quick to answer any and all of my questions. It was a beautiful, clean condo with views overlooking the creek and had the turret on the end with the extra breakfast nook overlooking the mountains and the front road. Thanks for a great place to experience the Smokies.

Best rental yet

After staying at multiple rentals across three states, this one was by far, the best one yet. Miss Kim, a Co-Host, was excellent in helping us with check-in and different things. The rental was amazing, central to everything and beautiful inside and out. We will definitely be returning. My whole party and I enjoyed staying here, plus, it's the best sleep we've gotten in a long time lol. Thanks for having us!!

We enjoyed our stay and it was nice to find a place that actually looked like it did on the VRBO site. Convenient location. Would stay there again The only issue was the toilet seat in the en-suite bathroom Great for the ladies but the men had a challenge. Not enough space for the seat to stay up.

Sounds of Roaring Fork

You can't beat the location of this condo. The condo is close to everything but just far enough off the main street of Gatlinburg to be out of all the crowds. Perfect location! The condo was clean and looked like the pictures online. Loved the sound of roaring fork creek right outside. You can sit on the porch and listen to the sound of cascading water. Kim was great and very helpful answering all our questions. Overall, a great place to stay!

Perfect stay

I traveled to Gatlinburg with my two teenagers; we'd never been to Tennessee before. This place was perfect! It was so super clean, and it's huge...so much storage space, perfect areas for everyone to relax, and everything was thought of to make our stay truly feel like home! We loved the location...we walked to downtown every single day, most days multiple times, and because it's on a hill, we felt like we were burning off all the amazing food we ate. It's quiet too...not right in all the downtown crowds, so we loved sitting out on the balcony. Parking was easy, the trolley stop is right there if you don't feel like walking, and the grocery store was 5 minutes away. We decided during our stay that well definitely be back!

Love the patio

We enjoyed our stay here. When we’re unpacking our van an friendly neighbor came out and asked if we just saw the bear walking across the street 20 minutes prior. (Didn’t ever see one the three days we were staying there, however.) Still very near the heart of Gatlinburg. The patio is 5 floors up and we enjoyed mulling over our day looking out at the sky and listening to the sound of the creek. The kids enjoyed the pool-we had it to ourselves many days. Kitchen was huge and the breakfast nook was a bonus while drinking coffee in the morning.

Perfect “Home Away from Home”!

My husband, sister, and I loved our stay at Convenient Creekside condo. It was exactly as described in the listing. From the moment we walked in and saw the cute welcome sign for our family, we felt welcomed. We all commented that it truly felt like home. During our visit it was decorated with tasteful fall decorations. It was very close off the parkway, and a perfect distance on 321 to the grocery, the Arts & Craft Community, and our favorite restaurant, “The Alamo” — where my husband saw the first wild bear in our 40+ years of visiting the Smokies!!! All the comforts of home in a perfect place. We especially loved sitting at the breakfast nook and enjoying the busy view of town and simply moving to the living room and deck to enjoy the trees and sounds of the creek — the best of both worlds. The reserved parking spot was also a great asset. Our host, Kim, was amazing and so very friendly. We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night, and she made it so very easy to do. The tops in hospitality!

Couldn't Be More Comfortable and Convenient to Everything

We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the condo is and how convenient it is to everything, in Gatlinburg and the National Park. There are so many great things about this condo! The wrap around balcony provides a variety of striking and beautiful views. The balcony is right over the scenic Roaring Fork which serenaded us with the peaceful sound of its rapids. When we needed to reach out to our host with questions, she was amazingly responsive, fast and kind. The two king beds were extremely comfortable. Even the fold out bed was extremely comfortable. The little breakfast nook on the front side of the condo provides many views the balcony cannot. The Gatlinburg free trolley stops right in front of the property. The trolley schedule is very easy to understand, and the trolley stops are easily visible all over Gatlinburg. You may have to transfer to another trolley depending on where you wish to go, but the trolley drivers are exceptionally kind and helpful, and again, the schedules are easy to understand. We were able to drive to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and be there in less than five minutes. What a great trip we had! Thank you, Kim! You were a wonderful host for us!

Sweet Sixteen Surprise Birthday Trip

Condo was more than we expected! Reviews said they could hear the creek but I saw the road in the pictures & thought it couldn't be true. IT IS TRUE! The creek = a beautiful ambiance. Reviews said they walked to the Gatlinburg strip daily, which encouraged me to choose this property to save parking fees. We walked the first day and it challenged us to get back up the hill "home" after being on our feet all day. We drove the remaining days. Kitchen: Wonderful! The counter was a great conversation area & there was lots of room to move. I would have liked to have another set of dishes and silverware to keep from having to wash dishes twice a day, however, there was plenty of dishwasher soap provided. The can opener needs to be replaced. Our midnight snack of homemade pizza took about 10 min to open each can of sauce. I recommend replacing the can opener or packing one from home. Living room, bedrooms, nook, & patio were excellent. The coffee bar was not stocked with sugar. We were thankful to have brought sugar from home. This area needs a trash can. We put our scraps in a kitchen bowl and emptied it as needed. Bathroom only one tissue box and not enough TP. Brought extra from home. Jacuzzi wonderful! Washer/dryer was great. Soap was provided. I had to put my head into the washer to reach the bottom. If you are larger, you might have a hard time reaching the bottom. It is noisy, so keep timing in mind. Host = excellent! Best I could imagine! Friendly & informative!
