Always a great stay

We have stayed at this location 2-3 times previously and it’s always great. The pool onsite is so nice to have, plus access to other pools. We swam every day bc of the heat! The house is always clean and stocked with soap, detergents, paper products, etc. The set up is great with two young kids.

Cozy and functional condo!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen worked well and the porch has a neat view! The bedrooms and living room are good-sized and cozy:)

Great family vacation!

Very nice condominium set in a beautiful location. Family of bears playing in the yard below on our first day was beyond exciting. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to the area.

SMNP trip

Great location to the great smoky a mountains, only a few minutes away. Clean and spacious two bedroom rental with an incredible view and quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely book again.

This chalet is beautiful and spacious. We had a great time. Very clean and beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. I loved that there was a Keurig and kcups available! There were other kind accommodations that we enjoyed!

Always a great spot!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll keep coming back. The home has essentials - detergents, hand soaps, paper towels, dishes, etc. It’s clean and comfortable. The location is great and we get to see bears on the drive or from the balcony. Be sure to follow the directions provided by the owners for ease! The access to pools is a great bonus!

The condo is VERY clean and well equipped. The trip up the mountain is not one I would want to make multiple times daily but to go out for the day and then relax in the evening it’s perfect. Would stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable

Everything was what we expected. Very clean and cozy love sitting out on the back porch. Unfortunately, we never saw a bear outback but when we left and checked out, we saw a little cub on the road. Definitely recommend as five stars.

July 15-20th Great Bear Viewing

I loved our stay! The condo was so clean. The kitchen had every appliance you could ever need. The bed was very comfortable. I sat out on the deck every morning and evening and saw bears behind the condo at least once a day. While driving to the property we also saw many bears. We saw several cubs as well. I will come again.

Scenic getaway

We went to national park for a few days. The condo was very nice—clean and roomy! The ONLY negative thing was that we had a hard time finding it. Our GPS kept leading us wrong. But that’s our problem. 😉 We had a lovely time in this gorgeous condo!!

Great Thanksgiving stay

Paulette is a great host who answered any questions we had promptly. The location can't be beat. We wanted somewhere away from the noises in town but yet close enough (7-10 minutes) to drive into the town or the national park. We found drive fairly straightforward if you follow Paulette's direction and not Google's. Hilly drive but not scary or dangerous at all. Right next to Ober Gatlinburg, where our kids enjoyed some snow tubing. The place is very clean; everything just like advertised. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Lots of space for our family of 4. We enjoyed the faux fireplace. You do need to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. Overall, a great stay and I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views of the Smokies!

The apartment was very clean. Check in was simple and just as the email we had received described it. The kitchen was well outfitted to prepare our meals. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was quality and very comfortable as well The two separate suites were excellent for two couples. The pools were close by and nice after touring Gatlinburg all day. We loved seeing a mama bear and her two cubs from our balcony. It was a great experience and would highly recommend!

Short but Sweet!

Our stay was short, but sweet! The condo is located in an area that is private with beautiful views and a fantastic patio to sit out on and enjoy them. We had all the comforts inside too. No complaints! We will definitely stay there again if we return.
