Rewrote it, but flagging four things I changed that conflict with decisions already locked in — worth knowing before you paste this live:

1. **"Summit" and "Ober Mountain" appear repeatedly** — same conflict as the title. Summit framing was dropped for being saturated; naming Ober Mountain risks affiliation/trademark issues on OTAs. I swapped to elevation + spa language.
2. **Hot tub is described as "on the deck / under the stars"** — but it's actually on the screened porch (confirmed in your hot-tub blog post). Screened is a selling point (usable in rain, no bugs, no exposure) — I put it back.
3. **No mention of the 15% direct-booking discount** — this is your top strategic priority and it's absent from the whole description. Added a line.
4. **"TRANSPARENT PRICING" header sits over a location/distance section**, not pricing — looks like a leftover mislabel. Retitled to match content.

Also added bathroom count (4) and electric fireplaces — currently missing, and both are real differentiators for a "sleeps 9" search.

**GETTING HERE**
The cabin is reached via a paved, well-maintained mountain road with scenic switchbacks. Most vehicles handle it easily in good weather; in winter, we recommend 4WD or AWD for peace of mind.
