The only issue we took with this property was the absolutely insane terrain we had to drive up to get to our cabin. Good luck getting to your cabin without four wheel or all wheel drive. Also, the communal pool and fire area are no where near our cabin. It would have required us to get in our cars and drive to it. So definitely not walkable. Otherwise: the cabin was clean and comfortable and very beautiful. We always felt safe. The air conditioning worked adequately and the views were stunning. Plus they had all the at home amenities which made our stay easy, such as pots and pans and a dishwasher, stove, fridge, etc. plus the pool table and games downstairs. If I were ever in the area I would have no problems staying here again! The staff were also super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!
Location to downtown & free bus was excellent. Problems with house were numerous: upstairs deck furniture in poor condition, 2 bedrooms were missing dressers for storage, sink in upstairs bath e tremely slow to drain, coffee maker broken, grill was a fire hazard, toaster did not fully toast, inadequate number of knives/forks. Based on the price we paid we were e tremely disappointed. Worst rental we have had with VRBO
My family and I have stayed at many different cabins over the years. This is by far the best cabin in Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge. We will for sure be coming back!
The cabin is spacious and had everything we needed. We were only there for a short weekend trip but thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. Will definitely consider staying here again.
There were ants in several places throughout the cabin. Not a problem usually, but they were on the couch and in the downstairs beds. There was a tree blocking most of what would have been a gorgeous view, would be nice if it were trimmed or taken down. A few inconveniences, but for the most part, it was a great stay.
Nice property. Could be great tho. There was an ironing board but no iron. Guess it didn’t matter because there were no hangers for our clothes. There was also no hair dryer. We were only there 4 days but one spare roll of toilet paper would have been nice. Please check smoke alarms. We spent money to replace the battery on the main levels so we did not have to listen to it chirp all night.

Bear tracks old
Dirty, dusty, ants everywhere, tubs had holes in the side, cabin un level felt like it was going to tip over hill, towels smelled like smoke,tv didn’t work
We did enjoy our stay very much. There were some cosmetic issues that I had no problem with. But…the master bathroom on the main floor needed some attention. The bathtub handle kept falling off and there was a large hole in the tub where the overflow is. The sink in the bathroom downstairs had the handle fall off of it when using, and the opposite room had very loose handles. There were also two lights out in the chandelier in the living room. Other than those issues specifically and the construction workers blocking the road a few times, we had a great time!
This place was better than the description/pictures may lead you to believe! Many vacation rental pictures make the place look bigger than it is, but this place was bigger inside than it looked in the pictures! It is in a neighborhood but you would never realize that from inside the cabin or on one of the decks. Views from the windows are woods and mountains even though you are between two other cabins! Privacy walls are installed on each end of the decks so you can relax in the hot tub without neighbors seeing you. The description said no Wi-Fi, but there were instructions on the fridge and Wi-Fi worked better than you would expect on a mountain.
We had a wonderful time and would return!

Many recommendations
You need to clean properly, there are cobwebs for a long time, the dryer does not have a filter, the refrigerator has a loose seal on the lower door and therefore does not cool well, the stove has a broken drawer, more soup spoons are needed, with a for everyone it is not enough. More coat racks in the closets, only 4 is not simple, the decks are so dirty, even with animal feces. The internet is a fake, there isn't. There are signs everywhere that will charge you if you undo the cables of the TV, anyway they are not seen, and you charge very, very expensive for the lack of so many things. The spacious cabin and the good beds, they need to put some things in the kitchen, like containers and pots to store food. Cleaning tools are needed. Please flush the drains before handing over the cabin, when we scrubbed for the first time, we had to flush the sink, the same thing happened when my dad went to bathe, he had to go out and clean to finish.
I have many pictures about each situation , I can to send to everyone. My family and I had a good time , but not relaxing. I feel that I spent a lot more money than this cabin was worth.
Our family stayed here for vacation, the cabin was easy to get to, beautiful and very spacious. There was a community pool, we did not use it though. The cabin was very clean, and there was plenty to do in the area. Definitely recommend this cabin!
My group was 8 adults (all 18+), naturally we are all broke and pulled as much money as we could to get a place. This once is well worth every penny, even with 8 people the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Would love to stay again!
We had a great getaway at this property. The location was perfect for walking around Gatlinburg, seeing the sites in Pigeon Forge, whitewater rafting in Hartford, and hiking in the Smoky Mountain National Park. There is a grocery store very close to the property as well as places to eat.
There were two families with a total of 8 people. A pullout couch would have been nice, but we made it work. The boys loved the pool and fooseball tables and the view off the balcony was amazing. If you have 8 people make sure to bring silverware as there just isn’t enough for this many people.
We would definitely consider this property again if we vacation in this area.
Cabin was beautiful and cute from balcony was real nice. Even though you are next to other cabins th they do not block view. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. We had plenty of room and were able to use the grill for meals also.
Beautiful cabin. There were 4 of us, and we were all happy with it.
We lived this cabin, and are planning staying there next year. Close to everything, but also quiet and relaxing. Loved each bedroom had own bathroom right there.
When you pull up to the cabin, it looks small, but looks are deceiving! My family walked into the cabin and they were shocked. The kids were thrilled they had a space to themselves and the view was breathtaking! So much space, beautifully decorated and relaxing. We had the main level and the kids were downstairs with their own bathrooms in their bedrooms, a pool table and a foosball table. We enjoyed using both of the tables at night. The mountain view is beautiful! It is so relaxing sitting on the balcony and enjoying the hot tub. Unfortunately, we didn't see any bear, but maybe next time.
One word of advice: drive your car if you go down to the pool area.
