The cabin was very cozy and clean. It had everything that we needed. The hot tub was way to warm. The ones that got in it couldn't stay long. We didn’t know if there was a way to turn it down so didn't try. I hope we can get this same cabin in the future.
The cabin was spacious and provided what we needed for our stay. However, there were a few things that need improvement. The shower head in upstairs bath was mounted incorrectly and made showering difficult. No outlets that didn’t work in the game room bathroom. The coffee bar shelf had a sign that said not to lean on it due to stability issues. I would suggest making this more sturdy as it could be a safety issue for small children.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The cabin had a great layout for our group-- 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with bathroom in it, 2 bedrooms upstairs, both with 2 beds. One bathroom upstairs, 2 bathrooms downstairs (not counting the ensuite) and they were both full baths. With a group of 15, 4 bathrooms were fantastic! The jewel of the cabin for us

Clean
The house and outside could use a good deep clean it’s like the people who clean just pick up and put it back together but overall it was a nice place and easy to get to places

We got snowed in, which wasn't their fault, but they wanted to charge me for another night. Finally after some back and forth, they were able to comp us an extra day as we were unable to get out. There were no tools to deal with clearing snow that were available to us, and there was no maintenance team to help clear the driveway so we could leave. It seems odd to me that a property in an are known to snow would not have basic tools like a snow shovel or ice melt available to the guests in case of emergency. Customer service must have been unaware of the situation, as they were suggesting useless ideas such as ordering grocery delivery (the roads were under 10 inches of snow) and staying off the roads. There was no maintenance team that could clear the driveway and side road, which wasn't being plowed by the county as it was technically a private road.Snow and customer service issues aside, one of the bathrooms had a very bad sulfur smell which would spread throughout the cabin if the door was left open. There were no coffee pods, grounds, or beans to make coffee with, though there were 3 coffee machines for some reason. The wi-fi was terrible even after a reset and wasn't password protected. The wi-fi was so weak only the TV in the main living room actually was usable, and the TV in the game room constantly got stuck in an update loop because it kept losing connection and was unusable.
The space was great & fit our group of 13 perfectly. The floor was dirty in the kitchen/dining room & living room area. It looked like it had not been swept or mopped. We had to sweep that as we had 2 under the age of 1 crawling around & their knees & hands were filthy. The porch was also dirty & had to be slept & the chairs washed before we could use them. The mattresses on the downstairs beds were completely worn out. The upstairs was way too hot. It didn’t seem like there was any A/C up there & no screens on the windows so they couldn't be opened. Otherwise, this is a beautiful house & we loved the seclusion. The kitchen was well stocked. The gameroom was great for the kids. The hot tub was nice & we had many cookouts & campfires.

Had issues
The bedding was not clean - we had to wash everything after a 10 hour drive there. There was a broken toilet. The hot tub was ony usable 1 day. It tripped the breaker and after reset it started smoking. The internet service is terrible. It didnt work for the tv so we had no tv the whole stay. I had teenagers without wifi. However, it fit the amount of ppl we had. We enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg. This place wasnt worth the price we paid for 3 nights though.
