We truly enjoyed this condo! The location was fantastic to allow for walking to any attraction in town. It was nice to be up the hill from the hectic downtown traffic. Great views and the host was very communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location for a downtown Gatlinburg experience. The condo was clean and just as pictured. It was in a great location for hiking the Gatlinburg trail, restaurants, activities, and escape rooms. No issues with anything and we had a wonderful time. Would stay again!

Wonderful condo

We had an awesome stay in this condo. It is quiet but still right in the middle of everything! We only drove once to go to pigeon forge. Otherwise, you can walk to all of the best parts of Gatlinburg. We hope to stay again soon!

We enjoyed the condo! It was spacious and clean! Great location. The elevator to the Parkway was fabulous!! The beds were so comfortable. It felt like home. We would definitely choose to stay there again when we come back for a visit!!

Great Location

This property was very clean and the location was phenomenal! Great communication, as we arrived around 8pm and didn't know where exactly to go, very helpful. We stayed at the pool and ordered food for the first night and went out to eat the second. Options are limitless and all within walking distance ( no parking fees). Great place, whole family loved it. We would definitely love to stay at this location again!!

Great Condo

The condo is large with big bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and a large kitchen. The appliances and furnishings are newer and in excellent shape. There is a nearby elevator to get you down to the street level without having to walk the driveway hill. Great location. Highest recommendations for this property.

Perfect Location

We wanted to stay right on the strip and this property was PERFECT! The owner was very easy to reach with any questions before hand. The property is a great size and layout- fromnthe bedrooms to the balconies (yes, we even sat on the balconies during Christmas time because the weather was nice). The decor could be updated but honestly that didnt affect our stay at all! Wonderful place and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Free parking in downtown Gatlinburg

The location of this property is really what sold it for me. Everything is within very easy walking distance and we saved $100’s by not having to find parking in town every day. It was clean, quiet and we enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation is that if you plan to do much cooking, you may want to bring your own cookware - as the kitchen is stocked with a couple basic, used, non stick pans.

The condo was great inside, except couldn't figure out how to make the shower work in one bath. The parking lot is not convenient to the unit. But the biggest drawback that we couldn't have anticipated is that it is located up a steep driveway from the main parkway. Way too steep to walk down, unless you are part mtn goat!..

Nice condo, short on amenities

This condo , like all in this area is in a great location. We've stayed in several condos in this building and the bldg. next to it over the last 12 years and found this to be the least " homey " feeling. Very little decorations and older furniture etc. Dining room table was very small and did not have enough towels for 2 people in the master bathroom. Very adequate condo but felt more like a motel room.

Summit Manor Condo in Gatlinburg

We have stayed at several Summit Manor condos and this one is very much like others. They are in a very good location and are clean. The one thing about this one that is not a deal breaker but is somewhat of an inconvenience is that it has no TV service at all. There is a smart TV but you have to use your own service/streaming provider. Also, it has poor internet service so that causes issues with streaming without lag/buffering. TV service is not the reason I go to Gatlinburg but after a day out in the park, it would be nice to be able to watch TV without the hassle.
