The Neighborhood:
This cabin is located in a highly convenient spot—less than half a mile to the Gatlinburg Parkway! You’ll be near the center of all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in Downtown Gatlinburg. Plus, you’re just minutes from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It's the perfect mix of accessibility and mountain charm.
Getting Around:
The cabin is easy to reach via all paved roads. Although the location is very central, we still recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any cabin in the Smoky Mountains, including this one, especially during inclement weather. You’re just 0.4 miles from the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg!
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.
• This cabin sleeps 10 guests maximum.
• We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way to it, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine—but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This cabin sits just 0.4 miles from the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, TN.
• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October–March, give or take, depending on the weather.
• The coffee maker is a regular drip coffee maker. Please bring your own coffee.
• Across the creek in downtown Gatlinburg, construction has begun on a large hotel. Since this cabin is right in the heart of downtown, some activity and noise may be present. While we don’t have a timeline for when the construction will be completed, the city remains conscious of all travelers and aims to minimize excess disruption. Thank you for understanding.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
