Wonderful

My family and I brought the kids for Spring break. When we arrived everything was so breathtaking at the cabin. It was clean and the same description from the advertisement of the cabin. Their favorite part was the hot tub. Any issue that we had, they reached out to me promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
We usually try to book a private house with as few neighbors as possible, but we went the other way with this one and it really paid off. The cabin resort was perfect for our family. They had a saltwater pool for my little swimmers, and a tennis/basketball court for my sports nuts. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Only one minor issue (the dryer stopped working on the first load and wasn’t fixed during our stay) and one minor complaint (the kitchen was completely bare of staples, which is fine, but I’m used to some spices and oils being available, so I was underprepared.). Overall, I would definitely book here again.
Size of cabin, number of beds, and quality of bathrooms was great! If you have a party of more than six, I’d recommend bringing paper plates/bowls to help supplement the ones in the kitchen.
I went with 13 other people for a week. This property was perfect for such a big group! The house was beautiful and clean, and there was so much to do around the area. Definitely recommend this property if you're looking to stay right outside of Pigeon Forge.
We had a great time. The cabin was gorgeous and we had never been to this area of Pigeon Forge before. The location was great, out of the way, yet just a 15 minute or so drive to downtown, it lead right to the Island. We loved everything.
The house was amazing and perfect for what we needed for a long weekend. The only tiny complaint i have is that they didnt really leave any extra toilet paper or trash bags so we had to buy our own after the first night or two. Otherwise everything was amazing and we would stay again
We had a wonderful time in Pigeon Forge. This cabin was perfect for our trip. We had 3 families staying here with teenagers and kids. The cabin had plenty of room and was very cozy. The rental company was professional and quick to respond to all of my inquiries. Check in/out was easy and efficient. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
Great layout! Loved the kitchen and all the though given to spaces to eat. Plenty of room to spread out for visiting and playing with kids. We even had an Easter Egg hunt in the yard.

Treetop
The cabin was nice and spacious. The couches are getting worn. Was about 15 miles from Pigeon Forge. Overall pretty nice.
The living room furniture was broken and would not recline. You can hear every foot step made on the second floor. The cabin needed a deep dusting. The tv in the bunk room wouldn’t ever work. The property was very nice. Approx 20 minutes from gatlinburg. Overall nice stay
The cabin had plenty of room! We had two families. There were 5 kids total. We all had our own bathrooms and space to relax. The cabin is beautiful and clean! It had all the kitchen amenities that we needed. IF I had to give a recommendation, curtains on for the windows downstairs would be great for the kids who stay down there. We will definitely stay here again!
The home overall was beautiful and only had a few homes nearby, which is what we were looking for, a bit of a mountain/wooded get away. The road leading to the home was very steep so be prepared if you have never been UP in the mountains not sure all automobiles would make it up the inclines.
The wrap around deck was beautiful for sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was nice as well with lots of space for everyone to gather round while cooking and eating. The home was great; we loved the separate rooms with a bathroom for each main bedroom. The large game room which offered family gathering was wonderful.
The only major issue was the Wi-Fi situation for those of us who also had to get some work done while away. The modem needed to be replaced and instead of purchasing one local and installing it which takes a few minutes to do the owner ordered one to be delivered after we were scheduled to checkout. Had to use personal hotspots for the 4-night stay and the owner was unwilling to compromise on allowing us to order a movie for our last night, which was hanging out at the home, we offered to pay with our personal credit card.

Our stay
The dust was so thick on the shelves in the master bathroom. One of the children found a pill which turned out to be a blood thinner on the floor under the couch. This could have been very bad had one of the smaller children had found it. After contacting Julie with Grand Welcome about the air conditioning and the overflow of trash we were not happy with. They finally came out on Thursday to check the air and we were leaving the next morning. What was the point then?! The trash was never picked up even after Julie said it would be. Never picked up so we had no where to put all the trash. There is a lot more. Oh, the grill was filth disgusting. We had to burn off all the greasy mess before we could use it. I will send more later.

Nice Cabin with Issues
This cabin in beautiful and was perfect size for our group of 13 people. The layout is nice and there was plenty of room for everyone.
When I booked this cabin, it stated several places that I would receive my arrival instructions 7 days prior to my arrival. When it was 2 days before the day we were supposed to leave and I still hadn’t heard anything, I got nervous and attempted to reach out to the host. I spent an entire day trying to get ahold of someone. I sent emails, I called, I left voicemails, I sent text messages and no responses. I finally called and sat on hold for several hours and reached a representative and got the arrival instructions.
Once we arrived, the cabin was nice but we did notice some issues that we didn’t want to be responsible for. A screen busted out of one of the doors, etc. I sent an email stating these issues. They responded a few hours later saying a local representative would be in contact. We also had to wipe down all the counters and tables after we checked it.
A local representative never reached out to me our entire stay. I really wish they would have so I could have then told them about the AC issue. We could not get the temperature in the cabin to go under 78 degrees. We ended up going to the Dollar General up the road and buying them out of fans. They said I should have called but I emailed and never heard back, I wasn’t about to call and sit on hold all day like I did just to get our arrival instructions.
Unfortunately our stay here was less than wonderful! I've reached out to the customer service team regarding all the issues I'm about to list, and there was zero help. They shifted the blame on anyone but themselves.
We stayed over Easter weekend, and it was cold and rainy almost every day we were there... because of that, we wanted to use the fireplace. It wouldn't ignite, I reached out to customer service (the number was text to me) and they said they would have someone in the area get back to me. I never heard a word back, so the fireplace was never in working order the whole time we were there. Next, we prepared a bunch of meat to be cooked in the grill... the grill barely lights a flame! We put the meat on it for 20 minutes, just to literally have raw meat still on the grill. Pathetic! So we were stuck with 9 very hungry people and pounds of raw meat! The kitchen faucet was coming out of the sink so we hand tightened it, but I'm sure for the next visitor it will do the same thing. Lastly, every single ceiling fan in the cabin in full of dust! There were cobwebs in all the bathrooms, in some of the windows and above the headboards.
We were very disappointed in this cabin. It needs a lot of attention and the customer service team didn't want to help in any way. I would not recommend staying here at all. We definitely will not be coming back. I personally text them to see if they would make it right, and they didn't. They just passed the blame on to other issues/people.
