Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is what it shows and it is a good location. It is in the woods but not too far away from the main strip. The master bed was very comfortable. A few things to address: The ice maker and water in the fridge was barely working. The comforters needed to be washed (or washed better), there was not enough water in the hot tub so we couldn’t really use it since the hose was not there, under the beds needed to be cleaned and there was only one roll of toilet paper. We had to go out and buy some.
