The rooms were not as clean. To be exact, one of their staff members was not friendly at all. I asked her for a simple question and her response was to Google it. I thought maybe I was the problem for asking many questions but then I noticed she was like that with absolutely every other person. I was waiting to get an issue resolved and noticed her interaction with others. I dislike the fact you have to call them for all kitchen hardware. There is absolutely nothing inside the hotel, except for cups. The mini fridge did not work. I do have to say, outside the Vedara, it is beautiful. Everything is near by but the hotel itself, was not very pleasant.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

We only stayed one night. The hotel was clean and quiet and they offered free parking in a parking garage connected to the hotel. The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay there again, especially for the price.
