I know this was beyond the control of the hotel, but, the group that was housed there this past weekend were absolutely filthy. They drove in with vehicles covered in mud and it had been raining. They tracked mud into the porch area and the welcome rug. The mud continued into the hotel and up into the halls of the rooms. Several never even changed their boots according to the tracks of mud left throughout the hotel. Disgusting. I think the hotel could have been better prepared to host this group so as not to inconvenience the rest of the guests. Then the fire alarm co tuned to go off on Friday afternoon for about 2 hours. Not at all what I paid for.

Friendly staff, great breakfast comfy beds, easy & fast check-in, room was spacious. The door lock was broken, the ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work. The stinky trash needed to be taken out by the elevator. The mobile drapery panels in room 17 needs to be repaired. Parking lot was tight.

The property was very clean, the rooms were nicely decorated and the breakfast was good. The only complaint i could have was the beds were a little hard. But the pillows were all different types so I could find 1 I liked.

Very disappointing stay. Pool was green and unusable, elevator not working, staff sis not tell us and we had someone that juat had knee surgery and not supposed to climb stairs and of course there were no more first floor rooms, and neither end doors were operable with our key cards. These should have been told to us before checking in and unacceptable as a hotel.

We went down to see my daughter and family. Chose this hotel due to location and pool for the grandkids. 107 degrees outside and no umbrellas or shade from the sun. That was our only complaint, which wasn’t a huge deal but should have something covered for the kids. We will stay again though 😁
