The resort was beautiful. The staff pleasant and helpful. There was no long line in the lobby when we got there. The room was as described. The hole resort is on a same level. The other buildings have a second floor. If yoy are wheelchair bound or have a stroller this is the perfect place. The beach is literally 2 min walk from main lobby. There is a wood ramp that leads to the beach at the end is a wheelchair platform with umbrella and beech chairs. The food is good . They have a decent amount of everything. Between vegetables, fish, salads, different meat dishes on a nightly basis. The fruits, desserts, delicious soups. The staff is on point refill your water and other beverages. Check out was a breeze.

Definitely not all inclusive when you can't eat at one of the 6 restaurants you paid for when you pay for all inclusive but they magically have an opening for you for dinner on the beach for an extra $100. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm and tried to make a reservation for dinner at 5pm and we're told that all the resturants were booked up for over a week and the whole time we were there but not to worry we could eat the same exact food everyday at the buffet and patted me on the shoulder with a smirk and said it was complicated. 20-30 other guests complained to me about the dinners on our stay as well. Grounds were beautiful. Beach was beautiful but not all inclusive.
