Villa for 6 people with private garden and (heated) swimming pool, sea view

Costa Blanca, near Gata de Gorgos, Denia, Javea, Calpe, Benidorm, Altea, Moraira... The 'villa Estrella de Mar' for 6 people with private pool (possibility of heating in the mid-season) and outdoor shower. Located in a quiet neighborhood with every comfort, sea and mountain views (Montgo). Centrally located for excursions and walks. The private garden is completely fenced, there are several terraces, also a covered terrace and fixed BBQ. The terraces are all south-facing. In the spring and autumn this gives an extra summer feeling. Ideal for the winter!
TV with satellite with free use of TV-Vlaanderen card and ChromeCast.
Contact person on site, speaks several languages.
Pets allowed with a supplement.
Bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen (excluding beach towels) = 2€/night/person. If you do not wish this, it will be removed from the quotation.
CONSUMPTION (water, gas and electricity): We use meter reading with invoice prices. After the stay, the amount will be deducted from the deposit.
In the long term we ask for an advance.

Superb.

This property is exactly as it appears in the photos. The house is lovely and spacious and very clean. The owner is very organised and furnished clear instructions on the location, contact details of the property manager, check in and check out process. The location is lovely, at the top of a hill, while still only 15 minutes from the beach by car. A car is a must but there is lots to explore in the area and so well worth having one at your disposal.

We were lucky to have stayed at the villa for the whole month in September. We had such a great time. Lovely area with some gorgeous places to explore. The villa was clean well equipped and comfortable. The view of the mountain was really spectacular. The pool and garden are very well kept. Lovely place to relax with plenty of shade if needed. We had our little dogs with us, so it was important that the garden was enclosed. Fernando, the pool guy, was very friendly and helpful. We were very sad to leave but have booked a return visit next year. Great communication with the owners. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your wonderful villa.

Ein wirkliches tolles Haus mit schönem Grundstück, auf dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wenn man (wie wir mit Hund z. B.) viel unternehmen will, braucht man allerdings ein Auto. Da wir die Gegend bereits sehr gut kennen, war uns das ohnehin bewusst. Es lässt sich aber auch wunderbar viel Zeit in der Unterkunft verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechperson vor Ort, aber auch durch die Eigentümerin per Mail war immer schnell und unkompliziert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben, da es rund um unseren Aufenthalt einige Verkettungen bei Anreise (Wetterlage/Regenfälle) und Abreise (persönliche Gründe) gab, die von unserer Seite etwas Hin und Her bedeutet haben. Das war aber nie ein Problem und wir haben uns auch trotz der Umstände gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Points négatif : Difficile de manger dehors :Vent permanent et fort , guêpes, moustiques et nous avons même eu la visite d'un rat.A notre arrivée l'eau de la piscine était trouble. La dame qui s'occupe de la location n'est pas d'une grande aide, nous lui demandons où déposer nos poubelles, elle nous envoie un plan (et débrouille toi avec ça ), je lui envoi un message, pas de bonjour rien, juste un ok. Aucun état des lieux d'entrée ni de sortie et elle vérifie les compteurs sans notre présence.Concernant l'intérieur : literie à revoir sérieusement, matelas de très mauvaise qualités malgré les sur-matelas, sauf sur la chambre du bas, nous avons été obligés d'acheter des oreillers tellement que ceux présents étaient dur. Dans la chambre des enfants les ressorts des matelas se sentaient. La clim dans les chambres est parfaite en revanche celle de la salle / salon ne refroidit pratiquement pas. Le four ne chauffe pratiquement pas, nous avons voulu y faire cuire des tapas, ils sont restés blanc après pas mal de temps de cuisson. La plaque de cuisson gaz à allumage manuel, à chaque allumage on a peur que ca explose et elle est très bruyante.Aucune chaine de télé internationalePoints positifs : Le jardin est bien décoré avec de beaux palmiersLa personne qui s'occupe de la piscine est agréableLa piscine est grande Réfrigérateur et congélateur sont grands, c'est agréableLa maison était propreLe coin repas extérieur est bien abrité du soleil

heerlijk verblijf

Heerlijk huis, ruim, schoon en met een goede ligging. Mooie tuin, goed op de zon met fijn meubilair. Kustplaatsen makkelijk te bereiken, evenals het mooie achterland van de Costa Blanca. Goede contacten met verhuurder en sleutelhouder. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Estancia maravillosa

La experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. La casa preciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades para pasar una semana estupenda. La casa es bonita en fotos pero en persona es mucho mejor, con vistas espectaculares. La zona tranquila y de fácil acceso. Las personas que nos entregaron las llaves(Annick y Fernando) encantadoras y super amables.

Tolle Lage, schönes Haus

Von Anfang bis Ende ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus ist sauber und schön, ein großer Pool und ein sehr gepflegter Garten laden zum verweilen ein. Hier würden wir immer wieder Urlaub machen. Die Lage ist gut für verschiedenste Ausflüge und Einkäufe können mit dem Auto im nicht allzuweit entfernten Einkaufszentrum getätigt werden. Danke an die Gastgeber für diese tolle Möglichkeit unseren Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus mit tollem Garten und beheizbarem Pool verbringen zu dürfen. Toller Ausblick und absolut ruhig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für mich und meine Frau wr es das erste mal alleine in einem Haus . Mit dem Wetter hatten wir absolutes Glück. Die gesamte Zeit zwischen 22 - 26 C° , und das Mitte bis Ende April. Jeden Morgen draussen am eigenen 😉 Pool frühstücken . Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die im Laufe der Jahre sicher erneuert werden müssen, was aber normal ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder . Lieber Grüße Volker & Fernanda

Super villa !!!

Villa super agréable, propre et avec tout le matériel nécessaire sur place ! Matériel de cuisine, jeux de piscine, grands frigo et congélateur, chaise haute bébé et enfant. La villa est super bien agencée: espaces d'ombre pour ceux qui veulent, transat en plein soleil toute la journée, 1er étage avec une chambre et une sdb et 2ème étage avec 2 chambres et 1sdb. Assez de cintres, de couvertures. Dommage, pour nous il manquait clairement l'air conditionné et on a vu seulement le jour avant de partir qu'il y avait des moustiquaires aux fenêtres (dont certains détériorés, dommage). Pour nous, il en manque un à la porte connexion entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur, ce qui aurait été parfait au vu du nombre de moustiques. 20 min de Dénia et de Javéa, 5 min d'un supermarché Masymas pour les baguettes du matin :-) (qui ouvre à 9h attention), 10 min d'une zone commerciale (Lidl, Aldi, centre commercial, ...) Honnêtement, cette villa a été un vrai coup de coeur, on s'y est senti comme chez nous pendant 10 jours et la disponibilité du contact sur place est top ! N'hésitez pas une seconde :-)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison idéalement située et très propre. Nous avons eu une mauvaise aventure avec le lave-vaisselle qui a fuit mais le contact local a été très réactif 👍🏻 Attention par contre, car nous ne l’avions pas compris en lisant le descriptif de la maison, la consommation d’eau, d’électricité et de gaze sera décomptée de votre caution à la fin de votre séjour. En tout cas, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas a renouveler notre location dans cette jolie maison.

Het was een leuk huis met gebreken

Er waren veel gebreken aan de woning. Er was schimmel , lekke badkamer, lekke kozijnen. Er was een fijne speksteenkachel en de tuin was prachtig. Een mooi locatie maar wel overal ver vandaan. We zijn er 3 maanden geweest.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Sehr schönes und Ferienhaus mit großem Pool, den wir täglich nutzen konnten. Mit der Wärmepumpe hatten wir im Oktober eine Wassertemperatur von 30 Grad. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort war immer erreichbar. Mit den Eigentümern und der Hausverwaltung hatten wir durchgehend einen sehr netten Kontakt. Vielen Dank!!! :-)
