"This is a very nice, centrally located hotel in Santo Domingo. It's clean and when you make a reservation it is a transparent experience (You Get What You See advertised). The restaurant could be improved with some more options than just fast food and maybe somebody who can speak the local language would be good in that area. Also, providing an option for early check-in may be a good idea."
