"My family stayed in the property for over a month, while we explored Wales and visited some friends in the Swansea area. The small village up in the mountains was absolutely beautiful, and the check in process was simple with a lock box and independent arrival time. Lorna was responsive when we had questions and had reccomendations for exploring the area and restaurants.Anyone staying should plan on topping up the electric and gas immediately. We were aware of the pay as you go scheme, but 3 of us got to the property late on a Thursday and were out exploring all day Friday, and then left first thing Saturday (due to split arrival dates of our family) to stay in a hotel in London. Despite very minimal usage and no heating at all - When we returned Sunday the electric and gas were off, and the companies wouldn't take payment over the phone. Luckily you can pay at the post office just a few doors up, and I happened to get there with 1 minute to spare before closing. Not a problem but renters should be prepared. Also if you are renting for an extended visit know that laundry facilities are minimum of 20 minutes away and expensive.The accomodations are rustic but adequate.Everyone in the village was very friendly and accommadating. "
