Apartment "Haus Florian Sprenzel" with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

  • The 60 m² apartment in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria, accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2024. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine. Additional amenities: heating in all rooms, Wi-Fi, private TV, baby cot, and high chair.



    Enjoy views of the Alpspitze from your private balcony. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and offers step-free access inside.



    Parking is available in the courtyard; alternatively, you can park on the street. The house is on a main road but is set back and quiet. Events are not permitted on the property.



    The bus stop is right outside, and you can reach the mountain cable cars on foot in 15 minutes. Although the apartment is outside the center, you benefit from excellent public transport connections.



    A bakery and pastry shop next door offers fresh rolls for breakfast. Other grocery stores are about 500 m away.
