Enjoy beautiful sunny days and evenings on one of the two balconies with wonderful mountain views. From the bedroom and the living room you reach the balconies with a fantastic view of the Alpspitz and Zugspitze massif.

Gezellig en compleet appartement

Het appartement is heel gezellig en heel schoon. Een fijne, rustige buurt. Op loopafstand naar winkels en treinstation. Waar vandaan je leuke reizen kunt maken. Ook voor een wandeling loop je zo naar het buitengebied.

Topsauber und geschmackvoll. Letzte Renovierung vor 4-5 Jahren

Wir haben bei der Familie Ostler 10 angenehme Tage verbracht und uns über den sehr freundlichen Kontakt gefreut. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen und können sie guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Dafür spricht die fussläufige Lage ins schöne und vielfältige Garmisch, der gute Blick auf die Zugspitze und die geschmackvolle wie zeitgemäße, meist sehr solide Einrichtung. Das Schlafzimmer ist zu einer kleinen Straße in diesem bayrischen Oberzentrum gelegen; Empflindliche können per Fensterläden die Wohnung konsequent abdunkeln (gerne diesen Pluspunkt im Online-Angebot vermerken!), und bei komplett geschlossenem Schlafzimmerfenster merkt man auch den wenigen vorbeifahrenden Verkehr nicht mehr. Zwar täuschen die Bilder nicht. Jedoch darf zur Beschreibung "neu renoviert" angemerkt sein, dass die Renovierung vor ca. 4-5 Jahren stattgefunden haben muss. So erklärt sich ein leicht ausgessener Eindruck des Sofas. Auf unsere Anmerkung, dass ein Wohnzimmerfenster nur unsauber schliesst, hat die Vermieterin äußerst freundlich und verständnisvoll reagiert. Eine zeitgemäße, Bluetooth-fähige Audioquelle war leider nicht vorhanden, sie hätte das alpine Flair der Wohnung sicher noch unterstützt: wir haben uns in Garmisch selbst ein entsprechendes Gerät besorgt. Die Küchenaustattung war sehr vollständig; die Geräte waren in Einzelfällen recht zweckmäßig, mit einer etwas hakeligen Kaffeemaschine und einen etwas schlichten, zu unserer Zeit unbeleuchteten Ofen, mit dessen Uhrzeit-Bedienung wir nicht klar gekommen sind. Den brummigen Kühlschrank konnte man vorbildlicherweise per solider Küchentür verstummen lassen; das ist gerade zu Erholungszeiten sehr viel wert. Wir bedanken wir uns vielmals und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Toller Urlaub in sehr schöner Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Alles sehr schön und neu renoviert. Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Toller Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Garmisch. Die Woche ist neu und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Es gab einen verschlossenen Einstellplatz für unsere Räder.

Das Haus / Zimmer war sauber, viel Platz für 2 Personen, Wohnungsausstattung gut, Vermieter - die auch im Haus wohnen - sehr freundlich und bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit, ruhige Lage, Bushaltestelle (Busfahrt mit GAP-Card Kostenlos) in 5min -mit Skiausrüstung - zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale reichlich vorhanden. GAP und die Familie Ostler (Vermieter) sind weiter zu empfelen
