"Super clean, quiet retreat in a gorgeous hotel. We arrived by train and took a quick taxi up to the beautiful area. The hotel provided bus/tram passes and we utilized them to go into the downtown area. Nice restaurants nearby- nice breakfast in the morning."

"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this,but it is what it was! "
