Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful...very accommodating. The room was clean and quiet. Great value and fantastic location - 5-minute walk to Times Square. We wished there was a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Plenty of amenities.

The hotel has a nice roof top area. You can bring snacks, drinks, pizza, whatever and enjoy the lights. The staff, very, very friendly.
