From the check in to check out, this hotel was amazing! Wonderful, friendly staff who went above and beyond for our little dancers (we stayed for a dance convention in the area). Clean, beautiful property. The pool area was fun for the kids and adults both! Extremely clean rooms and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The restaurant and bar were amazing as well. Great location. We’ll definitely return!

Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. It was fun to be right on Santana Row for shopping and restaurants.

The bar was amazing they even made a spicy margarita for me. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The hot tub was closed so that was the only downside
