This was our second stay at this hotel, and we chose to come back because we really enjoyed our first visit. We stayed for two nights this time, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get around. We also love the hotel’s modern interior design. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Overall, we had another great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. The reason given was that the hotel security were unable to control the event. Very disappointed in what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel.

The rooms were old and outdated. Great location but other than that not much good to say about.

Clean spacious suite with all amenities. At first thought there was no microwave but discovered it was part of oven. Despite the suites having 2 bedrooms had to ask for extra robes and slippers. Everything else was well stocked

We’ve stayed at Paradox several times. In general we like the hotel but there are a few things we didn’t like. The bed in our room was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Maybe just bad luck since that hasn’t been a problem in the past. The restaurant/bar. Five times now we’ve been there and it’s felt unwelcoming each time. The servers seem more interested in primping themselves than providing an inclusive atmosphere. It seems systemic since it’s been this way every time. We do enjoy the quality of the rooms overall and the location is very good. The valets are extremely helpful and kind. They’re actually one of the reasons we keep going back. Can’t say enough good things about each of them. We also wish there was a coffee station either free or for sale it doesn’t matter but the trek to find coffee in the morning really sucks. Most hotels offer coffee so this is a bit surprising considering it’s a higher end hotel. A lobby coffee bar would be very nice.
