We live in NWA and this was a perfect “getaway” for our family and friends to celebrate the New Year. Clean, lots of toys/activities for the children, kitchen was stock with supplies, and the kids loved the zip line outside!
The house was very nice. We had everything we needed for our stay. The house was clean and was decorated very nicely. The view to the outside was absolutely beautiful. We had a very relaxing weekend. It was cold while we were there so we didn’t explore the outside too much. We would consider staying here again. Host was also great. They very helpful.
I had a wonderful time at the lake house. I spent it with my brother’s family and mine. The house was perfect for all of us and we look forward to another trip in the future!
We loved our stay at this house. It was just as described and everything was in great condition. Clean and nice. Our extended family was very happy. Relaxing on the water was amazing.
We will be back!!!
We had a great time on Beaver Lake. House was clean updated and plenty of room. Access to the water was a clear path and easy to get to the water! Communication with the property manager was fantastic. They were quick to respond with any questions I had. The fire pit was awesome
and plenty of seating around the fire for s’mores.
Looks exactly as pictured. So cute, quiet and in walkable neighborhood. House was stocked with everything you need. Very clean & comfortable for all the guest. Washer and dryer was super handy too. We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze . The House is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy! Will stay the next time.
Pros:
We loved the firepit area and had a delightful time out there
The house was extremely clean with plenty of beds
Having the 2 living areas to spread out was fantastic
Kids were able to connect their Nintendo Switch to the tv downstairs and play, while the adults watched Olympics or movies upstairs
Cons:
No direct way to get to the lake and minimal view of the lake
Deck & screened porch need work to ensure safety and make them useable
Some furniture and appliances need updating/repairs

Inside the house was clean and well appointed. House was secluded and appeared recently remodeled inside. Outside looked a bit rough when we pulled up. Safety railing on porch had rotted away and fallen off. Deck getting around the side of the house for entry had a large rotten spot with a hole that we had to cover.
Entry area had covered porch which we enjoyed for grilling and playing cards this area appeared to have been more recently done than the rest of the deck.
Deck along the back did not feel safe. Rotting boards and wobbly railings kept us off back side of the house that faces the lake. Cushions for furniture kept in a container that had water filled with mosquitoes and cushions covered with mouse droppings. We kept to the nice covered porch and occasionally used the cool fire pit area. We had a fairly obstructed view of the lake. We couldn’t find access to the water because of the vegetation on and leading to the beach. It looked like the neighbors had access but we didn’t want to walk on their land.
We had a good time catching up but a bit disappointed with the view, access to the lake and the safety of the outside.
We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, beautiful home, great Lake access, soft and clean linens. Neighbors were super nice when we came across them on a morning run, but other than the privacy was exactly what we hoped for and expected.
Cob webs and lots of spiders bugs in home. Scorpion inside home by couch. Outside windows deck covered in cob webs and spiders. Home just seemed like it has been sitting alone for awhile and not prepared for our stay. I feel they could of sprayed for bugs inside home and power wash outside windows and deck.
House was very comfortable for 9 adults & 3 children, beautiful view from the deck & wonderful outside seating. Stairs were a concern for 11 month old. Kitchen was well stocked.
The house was clean, beautiful and everything we'd hoped it would be! There was more than plenty of room for everyone. The game room and adjoining TV room were perfect and the wifi was fast and dependable. Great place for family and friends to get together!
We enjoyed the home and the decks. It was great for nature walks and walks along the water and easy fishing. We loved the fire pit once we got a lighter. LOTS of room. The driveway is a little spooky because it's steep. Easy to unload the cars of food & suitcases and supplies right into the kitchen. GREAT place overall!!
Fantastic property. So comfortable and had absolutely everything you could need for a weekend at the lake. It is super close to Lost Bridge Marina where we had rented a boat for one of the days. The deck is amazing. We had dinner at the giant table all three nights. Wonderful place. The zip line will crash you into a tree if you aren’t prepared for it. So much fun.
The house is lovely, spacious and comfortable. The outdoor deck area was a little unkempt and the cushions for deck furniture were in a storage bin and were dirty and wet but understand it’s a challenge to keep them clean outdoors. Deck needs some TLC. Overall we loved the place and enjoyed our stay. The lake is gorgeous and clean and not crowded. Would recommend nonslip pads for showers as they are extremely slick.
This was a very nice property to stay at.
We have no complaints. Amenities were absolutely perfect. The house was very very well equipped for all ages. We forgot a booster kitchen chair for our grandson, The house had one. Plenty of towels, furniture was clean! Nice washer and dryer. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room for our family. All 3 of our adult children brought their sm families and everyone was comfortable!
Thank u

Our family of 5 enjoyed a quiet getaway for the last week of the year. We had our 16yr-old, 12yr-old, and 18mo-old with us and each kiddo found something fun to do. The big kids loved the ping pong table, puzzles, dvd movies, bonfire pit and backyard adventures by the lake. Our baby LOVED the huge princess dollhouse and horse stables. The stairs in the kitchen, the cords from the blinds and the glass table in the living room were initial concerns but we were able to find some work-arounds to keep our baby safe. The home is well equipped with cooking essentials, spices, basic toiletries and plenty of linens. We spent each day in the home and cooked our meals from the kitchen while only venturing out once to Eureka Springs - a 55 minute drive. The connection for the smart TVs was spotty at best which encouraged us to check out other options for entertainment and family connection. The view of the lake is spectacular from the back of the home! We enjoyed plenty of rest and relaxation which is just what we needed!
Property has direct access to lake. You will need to walk through (a min or 2 min tops) lightly wooded area to reach the lake as there was not a cleared path. Lots of fallen branches which can be used for the nice firepit. Family enjoyed smores every night. House is extremely clean and well maintained. Bed sheets were clean and each bed had nicely folded bath towels. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of spices and oil were provided. The non stick cooking pan was a bit worn though. Bathrooms are nice. Very large patio with various seating and tables that wraps 2 sides of the house. Zip line was not too exciting. It is a bit short and it gets stuck at the middle. Hard to get it zipping all the way down. Unfortunately, there were no Kayak or paddle board provided, and this time of year, rentals were all closed. Overall, family had a wonderful time.
