We had a great stay. Customer service was excellent and the property and the view from it are beautiful. Petro at the front desk and Alberto at the pool both gave us excellent service. Only suggestion would be to add coffee machines in the room but other then that, I would rate the experience a ten out of ten. We would definitely come back again.

Amazing hotel. We slept in the apartments building because we were four but im sure the rooms are even better! Garden and pool and access to the lake are all mind blowing. Breakfast is nice and rich!

Our stay at Hotel Bella Riva was a fantastic experience from top to bottom. The breakfasts were phenomenal, perhaps the best I've ever had on holiday. The service from all of the staff was top tier. Every member of the staff acted with such relaxed professionalism. If I had to say anything was disappointing (nothing really was, but just to say something) the fine dining approach to dinner was a missed opportunity in my opinion. It is hard to have fine dining multiple nights in a row, a lot of people travel to Italy for comforts they know from other countries, pizza, lasagna, pasta, etc. You won't get that sort of thing with Hotel Bella Riva's fine dining dinner menu. Not to say it's bad food, it is good food. It is easy enough to get into the various towns and hotspots around Lake Garda as well, the bus services nearby are very useful, and everything is reasonably walkable as well. Overall, 10/10 experience, would love to come back.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with an enormous amount of respect the girls at the front desk were very professional and helpful and friendly and of course Elisa went out of her way to help us with car rental issues she was on the phone for two days to help us get a different car we will never forget her kindness.

The most wonderful feature of this hotel is its unbeatable location—right on the shores of beautiful Lake Garda. The main hotel building is full of charm, elegance, and character. Since we needed a larger family room, we stayed in a separate building. While our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, I would definitely recommend requesting a room in the main property if possible, as that's where the true atmosphere and beauty of the hotel really shine. The food was outstanding, and the breakfast was amazing, with a wonderful selection and excellent quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return, especially to experience the main building next time.

Beautiful boutique hotel with lovely staff and a nice restaurant. Pool was spotless and beautiful and direct access to the lake to swim was fabulous. Only real complaint is that the air conditioning was not strong and the room was incredibly hot and stuffy. For a 5 star hotel, I would have expected better.

Porsche destination charging (free) was a real bonus. Pool amazing, hotel really lovely. Food at dinner was a bit of a disaster - not sure if they were struggling for kitchen staff but wasn’t cooked at all well. Everything else was brilliant so decided on balance to ignore this (and breakfast next morning was really good). Staff were superbly helpful and bd friendly and spoke excellent English (much better than my very limited Italian!)

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Bella Riva am Gardasee war schlicht hervorragend. Vom ersten Moment an hat einfach alles gepasst – wunderschöne Lage, stilvolles Ambiente und ein Service auf höchstem Niveau. Das Nachtessen war absolut spitze – kreativ, hochwertig und geschmacklich ein echtes Erlebnis. Jeder Gang war perfekt abgestimmt und mit viel Liebe präsentiert. Auch das Frühstück war für uns das Beste überhaupt: riesige Auswahl, frische Produkte und eine Qualität, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen und Geniessen – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
